They Discriminate against aboriginals, and then openly deny it with a smirk on their face, while trying to persecute you.

We have a crisis in Canada's courts. Ontario's Pay-Per-Justice system has isolated families, and forced a huge demographic of men and women to try to represent themselves at an overwhelming disadvantage to a law practitioner. (including myself)With 1-in-3 Ontarians having to represent themselves, if your male or female ex-spouse happens to have $5,000 - $20,000 in disposable income, you're at an INSTANT DISADVANTAGE in seeking justice. Meager assistance is offered at these courts from 'duty council' (15-30 minutes free), and will leave 99% of applicants and respondents still scratching their heads as to which way is up.Ontario's Human Rights Code promises every resident to be treated by the public services in a non-discriminatory way, so how is it, that we have an institute of justice that allows MONEY TO BE THE MAIN DISCRIMINATING FACTOR in someone getting equal or quality justice? (Imagine having 'Rich People' & 'Poor People' kiosks at Service Canada locations.) Ridiculous, right? Nope. It's happening right now in Canada's justice system." If you have money

I'm not sure most people here knows we're going on case by case. By this day and age you'd think they have some kind of scheduling or system in place to properly manage cases and court rooms especially when a case runs 8 hours longer than it is suppose to. Sitting in here all day long for a case that, at this point, will likely be ajorned is insane.

Quite possibly the worst judges in not only Ontario, or Canada, but maybe even the entire world. Our criminals CONSTANTLY get slaps on the wrist and go back to doing their crimes. I see it everyday. Judges, PLEASE be somebody. Do good.

Do you like jail? This is where people come to go to jail. This place is beautiful and well designed but for the most part you don't want to have any business here. Attached to the police station it's a well protected place and the staff are friendly.
