Revera Meadowlands

We had a wonderful experience with Mariah . She made us feel at home and answered all our questions. She was very cheerful and straight with answers to our questions. Even made videos on my phone for us. Thank you to all the Staff we met. Colin &Joy Aram.

The worse place to work ever the management is terrible and a lot of pressure and gossip the nurse in charge and some health care aid are disgusting especially the one at the office some staff doesn't one to do the proper care to the resident, without saying some resindet smell because staff sont want do the job and they abuse the resisnde when they leave recindent with the same product more than 8 hour the pay is bad for such care and pressure they use again the towel some staff like to treat bad to another resident

My mom has been a resident Of Revera Meadowlands for 4 years. During that time we have experienced a very positive and receptive environment throughout the facility. Mom is always content and cozy in her home.The nursing and daily care staff are extremely diligent and caring. The meals are varied and well prepared. Any time Mom's digestive system is not tolerant of a particular daily special she is always offered an alternative choice. The housekeeping team encourages Mom's independence by allowing her to do as much as she feels up to but more than happy to perform any of the cleaning that she is unable to handle. Anytime we have questions of the administration(especially this past year of covid issues)we get a prompt and satisfying response. As well, there is onsite support for those seniors who are challenged by technology or change of any type. Phone, TV & computer problems are dealt with in a prompt and patient manner. The entire building and grounds are eye appealing and well maintained. Activities are offered as best they can while still adhering to current protocols.All in all our entire family is very pleased that Mom feels so comfortable and secure in her home at Meadowlands. It was a great choice and Mom loves it!!Cheryl Heller
