This location uses digital menus which CHANGE THE DISPLAY EVERY SIX SECONDS!!! I have no idea how they expect you to read their menu when it changes every time you try to read something?!?!?!! Took five minutes to actually be able to read and decide what to order. On top of this, every 30 seconds or so ALL the menu boards change to AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR TIM HORTONS. IM HERE. LET ME READ THE MENU!!!!!!

Ice cup not filling full. When asked got a response that they have to fill it to the top line only. Usually get filled to the rim in other locations. I mean the price is getting up the amount down. Sad, won't return to this location.

Truly they can't get an order right to save your life. Unsure where the break down is. 9 out of 10 Times they miss something critically on the order. Fail simple recruitments like cut the sandwich fully. Often you have the bottom half of the sandwich still in one piece which can cause it to fall apart if you are trying to eat it on the go. Truly, struggling to think of a time they get the order right.

Went with friends, regretting it every time. Order is always wrong. Despite verbal confirmation of the order. Increasing issues with service. The more you try and inform staff of the mistakes more defensive and rude. Truly horrible experience

Employee name SHUBHAM If you complaint them, instead of solution they start getting rude. There was HAIR in the food. NOT MAINTAINING PROPER HYGEINE....

Good food and we didn’t have to wait that long. The sandwich was batter than the wrap. Fair prices and Aveyron was friendly. The kitchen seemed clean and it seemed as if it were a good working atmosphere and good working conditions. Wasn’t my last time there!

Normally every tim hortons I've been to is always busy. Not this one at 7:30pm and I'll tell you why. I walked to purchase some donuts and a ice cap. I went to the counter and there was no one at the till.i noticed 2 employee's in the back. I made eye contact with one of them. No I'll be right with you or even a hello he just turned away. So that tells me that they don't want my business so I walked out. What a disappointment. If you don't believe me that the service here is terrible, try for your self if you have time to waste.

One should be able to order a hot coffee the same way they order an iced coffee. If I order a large coffee with 1 cream, the coffee will come with 1 cream only (no sugar added)If I order an iced coffee, I need to specify NO SUGAR, and even when I do, there is still a 50/50 chance that it will come sweetened.Tim Horton’s is a coffee shop. While there are numerous options for food and beverage on their menu, customers should be able to get a coffee to order, made the way they enjoy drinking it. This is not a difficult concept. Especially when the order is just 1 Cream. This is a constant issue, primarily at the location at Tamarack Mall.The other thing I noticed is that staff preparing food do not change their gloves between orders. They will handle meat products for one order then prepare a vegetarian order with the same gloves. I am not a vegetarian, but I do not believe the cross contamination is food safe. It defeats the purpose of gloves altogether. Staff would be better off washing their hands between orders. At the very least, they should be changing their gloves — Or maybe invest in some tongs???

Employee called Gurnoor was pretty rude .I asked her about the cappuccino a bit strong as last time they gave me cappuccino which had literally no coffee and just plain milk that I could taste. I just asked to take care of that and she cross questioned me as if I was the employee and she the customer. And to think that this is a customer first industry ???? . Hope management of Tim Hortons look into it ….
