Galaxy RV Parksville

Huge shout out to Galaxy RV in Parksville. We were looking for a used RV and we're on a budget. We decided to stop in at Galaxy RV in Parksville and we're hooked up with Chris the salesperson. We told him what we were looking for and sort of what our needs were and he said he thought he had something that we might be interested in. He was very polite and seemed to really take to heart what we were looking for and showed us an RV that actually fit all of our needs perfectly. There were a few discrepancies that needed to be looked after and fixed and not once were we ever treated like it was asking too much. We met with Carl the manager and we're happy to negotiate a price that was affordable for us. We were treated with absolute respect. When we came back to pick up the RV there were a few things that hadn't been looked after. We brought that to the attention of Doug who was the fellow that was going through the trailer front to back with us. Carl came out and spoke with us and said not to worry all of those things that were not fixed he apologized for and said that they absolutely would be fixed to our satisfaction and that we were not to worry about coming back to pick up the RV that they would deliver it to us in Port Alberni. We are happy to say that all of those things were looked after in our RV and it was delivered to us in tip top shape by John. Thanks again to Carl the manager…. Chris the sales person….. Bowen the financial and paperwork person….. and Doug who went through the trailer with us front to back. I have nothing but high regard for the way that we were treated and have no qualms at all about recommending Galaxy RV in Parksville for your next purchase. If you're looking to be treated with respect and to find a good deal something that'll work for you and within your budget don't look any further just go and see those guys ….they'll treat you well. My rating is A++++++++++++++!

What a great experience! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. I came out of there with knowledge I did not have going in and I am so grateful! The service department did not disappoint! I will be a loyal customer from here on in, and I highly recommend them for your sales and service needs! Well done guys, top notch!

1 star for soo many reasons.Edit in response:Has been a 1 star for 2 years because of the poor service and sales experience since date of purchase. Warranty concerns never addressed. Leaks never actually repaired. Always some sort of excuse as to why the work wasn't or cannot be performed. PDI never completed properly. When unit actually came in for warranty, the lot person was performing some of the warranty work". Floor damaged after last visit and excuses made when brought to services attention. One of the times it was in for warranty in Duncan

Last weekend we were preparing to go for an overnight camping trip at Horne Lake. I obviously missed several steps to properly de-winterize" the trailer

We had a small travel trailer that we traded in for a smaller pod trailer.We dealt with Chris from galaxy RV Parksville.He gave us a more than fair trade in value, and threw in a few extras on our new trailer.Terrific company, and a wonderful sales Agent.We have dealt with many RV companies over the last 20 years, and galaxy is definitely one of the best.

Thank you so much to the staff at Galaxy RV Parksville. We rolled in with a tire with a slow leak. They tried to get us service at a tire center but when that was not successful they changed to our spare for us on the spot. Excellent and friendly service above and beyond. Thanks so much!

Dealing with Galaxy RV was a great experience! Carl and his team were knowledgeable personable and professional throughout the whole process of selling our RV………. They exceeded our expectations in every way! Highly recommended!

Buyer beware. Find anywhere else to buy a trailer. Zero customer service abilities from anyone that works there. Nothing but issues with our trailer we bought a year and a half ago. The unit has spent more time in the shop then we have used it. Each time we use it something else breaks and its back at the shop. No one knows how to communicate. I was told when bringing my most recent concerns that these trailers are basically garbage, so glad we have spent so much money here. Zero compensation has been offered. We have lost out money this year on booked trips we couldn't attend because the trailer was in the shop for over a month. You all need to do better for your customers. This is incredibly distasteful and the worst experience buying anything I have ever experienced. STAY AWAY!!!
