Staff has always been quite pleasant and helpful everytime I have been in.Recently I needed some parts for a shower enclosure and they were more than happy to add the parts order, to save me some shipping, fees to their own regular order.Thanks again for helping me save a few dollars! Every bit helps.

My husband and I are building a cabin and decided to check out Robinson on all bath, kitchen, laundry, etc fixtures and are we ever glad we did. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the friendly staff. Having a 2.5 year old and a 6 month old with us, we told Stacey, the specialist who was working with us that we had a “kid” time restriction. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, she was also very efficient and professional. She listened to our needs and was actively able to show us pieces that were a perfect fit. She worked within our budgetary means and when needed, suggest similar products that were more affordable without loosing the quality. We were in and out in 2 hours and had “dressed” our entire cabin with all the necessities. Within a week she had emailed us a picture board of all the products we were interested in, placed them in a room category (master ensuite bathroom, kitchen, laundry, etc) and priced everything out for us. When changes were required, she was diligent at finding an alternative piece and making it work. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience at Robinson bath for staff, products and price. Highly recommended!!

When I entered the showroom, I didn’t see any other customers in the store; however, one woman was standing at a computer and appeared to be a salesperson. I was lugging my 5 month old in his car seat because he was sleeping and didn’t want to wake him while I shopped. I had made a special trip to the store to see, and likely purchase, a specific kitchen faucet. I stood in the entrance area for a minute or so to get my bearings and allow the salespeople to greet me. When that didn’t happen, I assumed the woman standing by was not able or ready to help me, so I set about looking for the faucet.I was clearly looking to purchase something that day because I had my phone out, I was touching and looking at faucets, and trying to find the product number of the model I had found on their website. As I walked up and down the aisles, carrying a heavy car seat, a middle-aged couple walked into the store and were promptly greeted by the same salesperson who had not even glanced my way, let alone said hello to me. The worst part of this interaction was that I joked with my husband as I left the house that I should put on makeup and heels due to my experience dealing with salespeople in these types of stores. While it’s impossible to know the true motivation of the salesperson, at best, my experience there demonstrates poor customer service, at worst, I was profiled as someone whose commission was too small to bother with.A piece of advice to the salespeople: someone with an infant is likely to purchase something on the spot as one doesn’t typically bring a baby shopping just for fun.

Two stars as I did enjoy the products and showroom I saw.Unfortunately I received no assistance when I went in person. Not even a greeting. It's very disappointing but there are other options out there if you want make a purchase.

0 stars! We are doing a major bathroom reno so went there last Friday the 5th March. Didn't get any help whatsoever. Were just handed a business card and told to look up what we wanted on the internet! Hopefully our renovator will be able to order what we want from someone else!

Was snubbed by employees. Was in show room 15 minutes looking at product with no help from anyone who worked there even though they were sitting at a desk doing nothing in the middle of the show room. Products I wanted to see were under construction (just disappointed not really blaming company for remodel). And when I approached an employee at the counter was sighed at and ignored. Walked straight out. All I wanted to do was buy a high end shower set. Guess Amazon wins again.

Super rude horrible service I won’t be shopping here again if I can help and I could have given them lots of business, the guy at the counter was eating a sandwich and looked at me like I was a bother plus was gaslighting me the whole time while I was trying to by a ton of expensive goods, what a joke and rude lame experience, possibly the worst customer service in Winnipeg
