Highly recommend! I had a flat tire and had a wonderful experience. It was easy to connect and request the service, they were on time, very friendly and professional, and an easy way to make payment. The best part was I didn't have to wait for hours, like other roadside assistance services. If you need roadside assistance, I would not hesitate to use Road Aider!

Fantastic service by RoadAider and the local tow truck drivers. The knowledgeable tow truck operator knew all tricks to get my stuck truck into neutral even though the shifting knob was seized in place. They were on time and cheaper than the alternatives. I’m happy I gave up my AMA membership due to their terrible customer service and batteries.

Our oldest daughter was excited about getting a job and wasn't paying attention and as you can see got in a little trouble. Road Aider came to the rescue and had her back on the road in 20 minutes. Unbelievable app. This is going to disrupt conventional roadside assistance in a big way. Super easy to use app, tracks the driver similar to ride share apps, and the tow came within 30 minutes.

Road Aider was a huge help when my car wouldnt start and I was on a time line to get it to the shop! Took 30 minutes for me to reach out, and have a tow truck at my door! 100% reccomend this company! owner and employees are incredibly kind and helpful! I bought the pro plan right away!
