We were the month of coordinators for a wedding in Banff on Aug 3rd and had the pleasure of working with Mountain Event Rentals for the ceremony chairs, etc. I couldn't have asked for better service. Mountain Event rentals was on time and so pleasant and even courteous with regards to where to drop the rental equipment and pick up. Mountain Event Rentals saved our event!.Who plans for rain, not us! We contacted Mountain Event Rentals Monday afternoon requesting tents for a very early event Tuesday morning , and within the hour we had picked up the rentals and our event went ahead as planned.Everyone from the sales team to the operations team were a fantastic help. Mountain Event Rentals
We just had our wedding at the Canmore Nordic Center this September and we used Mountain Event Rentals for some chair and cutlery rentals. These items made the reception room look like an absolute dream. MER was very easy to deal with, answered my questions promptly and I am so happy I used them. Please use them if you are thinking of renting decor items for your wedding.

We used this service to rent chairs and a gorgeous circle arch for our wedding ceremony in Canmore. The staff that dropped off and picked up were awesome. So friendly and helpful. Their booking staff were also super helpful through the whole process. They answered all my emails promptly and sent pictures when I asked. Reasonably priced and delivered exactly what we needed, with very professional staff.

We used this service for our wedding in canmore, renting table runners and napkins for a reasonable price. We picked the stuff up from their location in Banff and they were flexible with dropoff a few days later. They provided what was agreed upon, good quality stuff, would recommend to others
