I was tasked with selling a house as the POA for a close friend. Upon a recommendation from a previous client I called Lucas and started the ball rolling. I must say that Lucas did an excellent job. Lucas recommended the company he uses for taking care of the house contents, via Durham Divas and Maxsold, an online auction site. The house was sold after two showings and was exclusive at the time. House sold with no issues and closed March 25th. Excellent job!

Lucas was a great help with finding our first family home! In a market like this, where sellers want zero conditions, Lucas was excellent at pointing out and looking for things that might be a concern in the houses we looked at, such as foundation issues, water damage, etc.Being prompt with our paperwork and timelines is what got us the house we did.
