Don’t ever go to this location and escpecially a guy named Mark who is extremely rude and unprofessional. He took the cost of my tax filing to 250$ and he also was constantly complaining about how my tax was filed wrongfully last year whereas it was filed by H&R itself. The manager came when I started complaining and she gave me some sort of discount but she herself didn’t wanted to accept any mistake. Mark is the most rude guy I have met ever!!

If i could give zero stars i would. The woman doing my tax return could barely speak english and wrote my address down wrong, and my girlfriends took her 2 hours to file 2 simple tax returns. ..didnt even write a street name so after a month of waiting for my return i called cra and confirmed she took a wrong address resulting in a 3 month wait for my tax return. Please dont waste your time with this place they are unprofessional and clearly dont know what they are doing.

I absolutely hate doing my taxes, but Bonnie makes it easy and really takes the time to explain everything. I felt like she really wanted the best for me and to be as helpful as possible. Bonnie went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything, and genuinely cares. I learned a lot of valuable information and will be going back to Bonnie every year for my taxes. Very happy!!!

If anyone wanted to file their taxes, I would definitely recommend choosing this location. They have wonderful staff, especially their manager who is so sweet and polite. She even gave me 20% off because I was a new client for them. My taxes were done by one other tax pro. Her name was Emelyn, she was so awesome. She explained me everything about my taxes. Whatever the amount she was putting in, she was explaining every single bit of information. She even double checked all the information before sending it to CRA.
