Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport
This was the worst airport I've ever encountered and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. First our flight through air Canada was cancelled suddenly due to crew shortages after waiting multiple hours of delays. We were told to leave through customs, get our bags and receive vouchers for hotel, taxi, and food. Finding our baggage was utter chaos. Baggage was scattered everywhere. Eventually we found our bags on a random gate that did not have our flight listed.Air Canada gets a -10 star review for how poor the service was. Only 40$ CAD and 1 hotel night for almost 48 hour layover.Any good review you see here has to be an AI generated fake review. Avoid Montreal airport at all costs.

This airport charge the most tax and fee but they can’t fix a broken elevator. Some sections of the airport has no light, almost look like a ghost town. When your looking for help or direction, people are not friendly. They pretend your from another world. 1 star is already being nice. I would not recommend, try to avoid this airport.

Beautiful and small airport, perfect for the beautiful and small city of Montreal.Coming to YUL is always a pleasure. Even though, if you arrive late at night, there’s no much open for you to eat or to buy - everything about this airport makes the experience fast and smooth so you get outside and meet your family or get to your connecting flight immediately.Customs officials here are always nice and the process is fast and easy with the easy-airport tokens and systems.

Quick and kind staff. Always found them to be helpful. Very organized. A very quick process of getting bags dropped off and through security. I travel extensively for work, So I am familiar with airports. The only problem with this airport is the amount of time it takes to get luggage. Slowest in the country by a lot

(1/5 rating:) When departing tonight, ten of us got trapped in a revolving door with no way out. It was funny for a moment, until staff shrugged, ignored us, or told us that they simply didn’t know what to do.When it was clear that staff were not going to help us at all, we found this very much not funny. We continued to knock on glass to other passengers for help. After about ten minutes, a passerby was able to force the door open from the outside. If not for their help, it is not clear how long staff would have left us literally trapped in an enclosed space.YUL does not care about passenger safety.

When an airport gets so big that it needs its security to ride bikes to cover one part (i.e., gates for international travellers already through customs), I'm not sure it is adding as much convenience to the customers/flyers who utilize it. With that said, and the reality that it looks like they're building further onto this airport), I think this is one of the better large airports I've utilized. They have all the same amenities (incl. dramatically overpriced food) that other airports have, but the Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) has a smaller airport feel, and has done an admirable job of hiding its size behind a more comfortable aesthetic and friendly staff.

I’ve Traveled the World over 100 countries for Canada is airport was a Big Disappointment. It was not very easy to navigate. The directions signs are confusing. Not easy to Find my Airline Porter, Not easy to find Restrooms, Not many people to help.So I asked airline Employees & Flight Crew for Help. The Flight crew were very helpful in helping. Even another Passenger asked me for help which I said Sorry I’m lost as well. I don’t know we’re you would get your flight to London as It wasn’t marked well. The baggage claim. Was a zoo, worst then Disneyland. There were People everywhereAll the luggage came in sat the same time from five different airlines on the same belt. There were so many people down there looking at 1:30 in the morning also it smelled because people have been flying forever to get to Canada. A Nightmare

For leisure or work travel, Montreal's airport is always a pleasure to visit. It's always clean, well staffed and it's nicely decorated. The check-in was quick and efficient. The duty free shop is always a good place for last minute souvenirs.

Huge and full of crowds and long queues everywhere, at the check-in, at the security point, at the gate for the boarding, very confusing, not easy to find the spot you are looking for and some staff still gives wrong information instead of saying that they do not know. However first airport where we saw moveable passenger bridge
