Wonderful booking and pickup experience! Booked a chauffer & limo service for a work event VIP experience and it was a success! Limo arrived on time, booking and payment were simple, and staff are so friendly and went out of their way to make it an exceptional experience for the guests. Would highly recommend! Mike made sure to emphasize their chauffeurs always wear white gloves during pickup, which many limo companies don't do anymore.

Mike is amazing. He worked around our schedule, was ridiculously accommodating, and ensured that we were treated like royalty throughout the whole experience. He even picked up lunch for us!!! When we didn't end up using the full booked time, he gave us a part of our deposit back. His pricing was extremely competitive and the service provided was spectacular. 100% would book again.

Toronto Chauffeur honestly made my wedding day go so smoothly. They were so reasonable, accommodating and go above and beyond to make you feel special. For my wedding day we drove to many locations and Chris my Chauffeur was well dressed and very sweet. While taking pictures at the park he bought everyone cold drinks just to cool us off while taking pictures. This was not requested but he made sure to take good care of everyone. And Mike at Toronto Chauffeur helped me put this all together. He is efficient, open and really willing to make sure the day goes perfectly. So glad I went with them.

Excellent service! I had previous bad experiences with another company so I was very nervous to book a limo for my daughters bachelorette. I was very happy I found this company! They were on time for pick up (even though there was a lot of traffic). They were friendly, courteous, professional, and were pleasant to deal with. Right from the beginning they were in contact with reassurances that they were there to make the evening enjoyable. Definitely a 5 star company. I will be using them again!

We used Toronto Chauffeur this weekend for a bachelorette party and I have nothing but positive things to say! I had called around to a few companies in the area and when I spoke to Mike he just stood out he was very kind and was able to provide a quote very quickly. The booking process went very smoothly and Mike was very quick with his responses and made sure to answer any questions I had. We had Mike as our driver as well and he went above and beyond the whole time we were with him making sure we got from spot to spot safely. The limousine was very clean, spacious with all necessities required were available, such as water. We used it for transportation to the airport and they were very prompt and early to arrive and assist with all luggage there and back. The driver was very courteous, professional, helpful, and his driving skills were very good. We weren't being shaken about, he wasn't raising and making us nervous, it was a very pleasant drive. All in all a great experience I would highly recommend them. I'm actually using them for another event that's coming up this summer feel free to get in touch with them although it states Toronto Chauffeur they do travel anywhere in the GTA give them a call, make arrangements very friendly customer service and always returns calls.I tried other places and the prices were obscene, calls were not returned but Toronto Chauffeur were prompt in returning my calls and assisted me with the best possible price and offered me a variety of options in cars for my needs.
