i have gone to this home hardware now for about 3 years. They have always gone above and beyond. Brilliant staff...they are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Nothing is to hard for them. I frequently need help and i can always depend on their positive attitude to assist me. i noticed a post that say they are too expensive. They are no more expensive than any other Home Hardware. And for me..... I have found they are well worth. I will delay a purchase in Markham or even order have have it sent to Buckhorn because they are so good I want them to have my business. Love these guys and gals. Great location .

Met Mike, the owner, today and have to say super nice guy. Being from out of town and used to big box stores I have to say this Home Hardware is represented fantastically by the owner and his staff. We usually stop in here multiple times during our cottage season over the last 20 summers, but today Mike went above and beyond assisting us with our purchase. Mike is friendly, outgoing and really down to earth, and most of all made us kind of feel like community" family. You get more that just a hardware store shopping here

This location is great for the cottagers. I wouldn't expect a massive selection of goods - don't compare this to a location in a bigger city. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Very relaxed employees and always willing to go out of their way. Pricing is what you would expect from a home hardware ☺️

This Home Hardware is a fairly small store befitting of a smaller tourist town. The aisles are tight with very little space for two way foot traffic. The store itself has quite a good assortment overall and the staff are helpful. Like most Home Hardware stores, you can't get far without a staff member offering to help. This location also has a building beside it known as The Lodge" which is also owned by the Home Hardware. The Lodge is a tourist trap

Hands down this is one of the absolute best hardware stores around. Staff is very efficient and helpful. I will recommend this particular store to anyone looking for cottage type items.
