First time I visited this second hand store, I was a victim of being scamed of a game console membership card not in good working order. I called the game console membership card, and they have evidence that video games plus" is responsible for taking my money and they cannot gather information who is using it as it is locked. VGP won't refund my money or exchange it for another one. This is an ongoing investigation as I'm out of $140 for both cards. I advised everyone not to visit VGP try to visit else where like Best Buy or gamestop where you get what you paid for without being ripped off."

I love Video Games Plus i have purchased Games almost every month from them for almost a year. I get excellent customer service and its always well package. I am very happy with VGP and super excited for my next parcel with Vita games. Thank you for being amazing VGP has been the first store online i ever shopped for games and im 100% satisfied ❤️

Sorry late posting. I never post anything. But I was there 3weeks ago and bought 4xbox 360 games. Really enjoyed my experience there. And the resident evil movie prob dude thx once again. Hopefully see ya soon. Great f$ckin store

I’ve found a couple of good deals here but 99% of the retro stuff is massively over priced. I keep wanting to buy things but it’s like 50-100% mark up from a reasonable price. I get it’s a store but I’m not paying what is often twice what something is worth. Staff seem chill. Tons of import switch games, which seems like their specialty.

Wide selection and pretty cool and interesting and neat store but the prices on games, especially retro games are quite high, way over market value per game and as per the condition they are in. I don't think I would ever go back to this store.

Absolutely the best place to still buy retro and new gen games. Sam is fantastic to deal with also friendly atmosphere. Only place I trade my video games. Best switch and 3ds selection

Every game was incredibly overpriced. Even shovelware titles were 20 dollars. The game selection was small and only had 5 gamecube games. The store had pretty cool design at least. Overall the selection was very poor,overpriced and not worth the visit.

Terrible, just terrible. Currently reporting this company to to the better business bureau of Canada. Will also report this company to all third party companies they deal with. Customer support is horrible, and they even lied to me and I have the emails to prove it. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY!
