Columbia Fine Dry Cleaners

I will never go to another dry cleaner again. This place is located in the heart of downtown and still has reasonable pricing. The dry-cleaning is done at the location itself so the quality of cleaning is much higher than anywhere that ships their clothes out. The woman who runs this place is lovely, she has managed to get stains and odours out I didn't think could be removed. On top of that, anytime a button is missing or there is a tear she makes sure to fix it even if I have not noticed. She fixed my winter Aritzia coat for me on the spot this morning free of charge (tear and button missing). If you're looking for a dry cleaner downtown I would highly suggest checking this place out. Raj, who has helped me twice has been friendly and kind. Clothes are always perfect and prices reasonable for downtown. It's under new management so I'd only read newer reviews on this page

Best dry cleaning experience of my 30 years dry cleaning experience. The lady owner is lovely, caring, honest and kind. I trust her implicitly.

4 small bags of laundry, washed and folded. $176........Dropped it off and was not informed of how much it would cost nor was it advertised. Huge rip off

I had the privilege of meeting, Jas who is the owner. Initially I had no idea he was the owner. He was very courteous , pleasant, helpful and responsive.His service is impeccable. Also, for a dry cleaner store located in Downtown, the price is so reasonable.I'm happy with his services provided and have become a customer. Came here to attempt to have my jacket dry cleaned. The woman came out from the back and looked it over then asked how much I paid for it. When I told her she said it wouldn't be worth it to pay to get it dry cleaned. I appreciated the honesty but it wasn't a solution. When I pointed out to her that the label said dry clean only she told me to google it and rudely turned away and returned to the back of the shop while I was mid-sentence. I said, I'll be sure to recommend you!" Which of course was blatantly ignored. Unbelievable! Would never go back to this place after an experience like that."
