In this center I visited an intake specialist and a nurse. Both were kind and attentive, went into details. I'm now waiting for the first visit to my family doctors hoping other stuff are qualified in solving health issues.

I'm so disappointed. I saw the incredible resources. I saw that they support Indigenous people with traditional medicine on top of western medicine. I saw the free naturopathy and dental. I wasn't able to use any of it. This place is extremely difficult to get a hold of on a good day. There's no voicemail or email as an alternative to their phone line. I also just found out, after two years, that my new patient forms weren't submitted, so my old GP was being fined all five times I visited. I'm going back since apparently I'm still his patient, but I also found out there's a massive fee for having transferred my medical records, which is fine and part of the process, but nobody at this health centre warned me about any payment. I've also had concerns about hygiene (like putting my speculum on the table right up against someone else's pee sample before using it and acting like I'm irrational for asking not to do that) so I'm not too sad to leave. I just feel like this was a huge waste of time. None of my health issues have been addressed in these two years.

Called 4 times and the reception put me on hold 4 times and then it rang and the call dropped. Can't even do their job properly and answer phones. There might be to much work for one person but just putting people.on hold because if lazyness then letting calls drop ls ridiculous. I've called on 3 seperate occasions. Can never get through.

Went there and staff told me I cannot make emergency appointment for another doctor because my doctors on vacation I only can do a walk in Thur from 1-2 when in turn I personally made appointments with other doctors in past when my doctor was away not even an emergency. This is a display of the discrimination you well be subjected to if you decide to go to this place. STAY AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR SELF AND YOUR LOVED ONES.

Excellent community health hub, with a wide range of services, from family doctoring, to counseling, to walk-in medical treatment, to a safe injection site, to services for the indigenous community, to street-involved help and general advice. Very friendly and open. An elevator for those with mobility issues. Great care is taken with public health measures, with masking and sanitizing. Picked up my nasal naloxone kit to have in case of emergencies.

I love this clinic , the doctors & Physicians are amazing , the only one thing they need to please fix is the staff upstairs’s attitude , they are so rude & arrogant & at times they forget they are dealing with human beings. To get them to email you or print result even after the doctor authorise it is a mission . One lady kept on emailing me an old document & i kept on telling her am getting the old one but she was rude straight onto my face till i just walked out with out getting the results emailed ..

I met with Dr. Sonika Kainth to address some medical forms. She was very friendly and professional. Qualities that are rare in Toronto doctors. I went to inquire about dental care. Asian dental receptionist let me know that the clinic was at capacity. The clinic would not be accepting new patients until may. She mentioned that it would not be possible to put me on a water list. I asked could I call on May first to inquire about dental care. She responded by saying yeah whatever . Their is no need to treat Black low income clients this way . She needs to be fired. Management responds to client calls or complaints . If it wasn't for the doctor. I would avoid this toxic place. I'm giving 2 stars because of racist Asian receptionist conduct. I would give five stars for Dr. Sonika.

I have been a client along with my children for 20 years. The reception has hit a new low with screwing up appointments through making assumptions, not listening, and being careless. The recent SNAFU affected three appointments during a crisis with my child. I gave up on the dental services a long time ago after being double billed and there being no resolution.
