Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre

The employees were kind. However, I DO NOT recommend paying $11 to see your results online. I was told they would be posted within 48 hours but it has been one week and they are not online. My Dr. Did receive them fairly quickly. So don't waste your money. Also, there are other labs that don't charge for online access.

I'm sorry to give 1 star , because only 1 person working. I call and no one pick up but when I got here the lady always angry and yelling at the asian elderly man for no English, if she is not happy please don't go to work.I don't recommend anyone to come here .

UPDATE: Came by for some simple blood work and left. They were short staffed and only one person was working, longer wait times than expected. But the next day I had a massive bruise about 3 inches in diameter. The tech did a very poor job. So I can’t recommend this location anymore. A humiliating experience in this Dynacare center, the receptionist lady refused to service me and asked me to go somewhere else saying it’s about to close in 15 minutes, but she was obviously very polite and diligent to serve another white male at that time. Initially she didn’t find my requisition information with my health card number and I almost begged her to try and find again as I’ve already called Dynacare to confirm my requisition is already in the online data base yesterday, I also explained I took a day off to visit the Dynacare Center and I cannot come back tomorrow. When she tried again she found my information in the online database with complaining I didn’t bring the document myself. And when she was doing the blood work she was very careless in this whole procedure which causes a lot of blood came out, and she again, blamed me that I was not pressuring my arm in a right way. I didn’t know what have I done to make her treat me so differently from the white male as I’m polite in the whole time.. she really shouldn’t work in the health care business

amazing experience, only downside was they don't provide masks and I forgot mine, so I had to go downstairs and buy a mask for 1$ but that was very minor. Both the receptionist and the nurse taking blood were very nice and helpful.

First time there in walk-in service. I didn’t wait that much for being taken care of. The staff was very nice, they explained everything I didn’t know before waking in and helped me going through paper stuffs.

Terrible client service, clearly overworked staff who start their day off in a terrible mood. I feel extremely sorry for both staff and people who visit this clinic for services. There is no clear written instructions communicated on how the walk in process is supposed to be. Checked in online but was not advised to check in again in person...so sat there watching our name on the TV with the wait time going up. There should be a designated receptionist to handle the admin stuff and let the clinic staff do the blood work and testing. Dynacare, do better. Asking people to email you with our experience but not making any changes is useless. Please see all the recent one star reviews, it's because you don't have enough staff and you're burning out the staff you do have left.

The receptionist lady kept yelling at customers when speaking to them both young and elderly, you don’t have to yell to speak English!. the customer service was so bad. I definitely will not recommend this place.She also wrote on my documents and destroyed them, now I have to go back to the doctor so they can print a new one.Stay away from this place, Lifelab is wayyyyyyyh better.

I will rate this as ZERO if this was possible. Nora was an extremely rude person. She was screaming only because we asked if she had an extra mask. We kept calm, understood the situation and my boyfriend just went to the car to get one. IN THE MEANTIME she started literally yelling to this next person as well. Saying that she wasn’t going to do anything to him. Thank God he was super polite and asked for her name and her manager number because he was definitely was going to complaint. (That’s how I get her name) We were super calm and this other guy as well.I don’t get it why she has to treat people like that for a simple question. The other girl who actually did my blood test was acting like she was completely mad at us, trowing everything away and talking to us super rude as well! She was defending her co-working saying , that was HER TONE??? It’s the third time I get a bad experience here and it’s been enough. I kept coming here JUST because it was close to home … NEVER AGAIN. Don’t come to this place !!!

I had a great experience at this location - the staff greeting me were incredibly friendly, and I waited no time at all to get my blood work done. Didn’t feel the needle at all getting my blood work done too. I was in and out of there in under 10 minutes!
