TLDR: EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!In early May I had my order swapped with another customer's products. It took them almost two weeks to reply saying they were waiting for the other customer to reply so they could make the swap (instead of just sending me my original order with new products).Once I told them that the swap solution wasn't acceptable and already extremely frustrated with their customer service I just asked them for a refund and a pre-paid label to return the wrong products.It took them another two weeks to reply and send the label so in the mean time I filed a claim with my bank to get the money back which they used as an excuse to not issue a refund themselves (the bank confirmed that they could issue a refund themselves once they received their products back).Now it has been 3 weeks since they received their products (according to the package tracking) and I've sent them multiple emails and no response so I had to re-start my claim with the bank which will probably take a month or so to receive the money back for products that I ordered ALMOST 3 MONTHS AGO and that THEY messed up the order.

They made a mistake on my order and sent the wrong product (even shipping receipt says what the correct product should be, and have tried contacting several times over past two weeks and not once have they responded, would not waste your money at this company

We've been loyal wholesale customers for years but the customer service has been horrible now. We can't get ahold of anyone (since January with multiple emails and using the contact us form) - our entire order showed up broken but no one will answer emails or contact us forms so that we can get a credit. We are owed a lot of money from them but based on other reviews listed here, doesn't look like we'll be able to get ahold of anyone! Do not risk an order .. we definitely will be taking our business elsewhere.

Ordered 14 bottles of protein2o drinks. they only shipped 9 bottles to us with an invoice that shows the number crossed out and then a number saying how many they shipped. No explanation or nothing. I then contacted them through there website to find out what happened and what will be done to handle this and no reply. been weeks now and will not shop here again.

UPDATE - No ReturnsUPDATE - 6 weeks since my return. I have emailed proof of return delivery and even used a new email address - STILL NO RESPONSE. If there is a policy of holding products for a certain amount of time then you would think they would respond accordingly. Would have been easier to say no returns then to waste more money paying to return the product for no refund. *** Be sure of what you order. Although Walden Farms claims they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, it is impossible to get a refund from the company. The first indication should be that there is no contact telephone number and although they were helpful giving me an address for return (which I also paid for) - one month after they have received my return I still have yet to see a credit to my credit card AND no one will reply to my emails.

Customer service was very incredibly unprofessional and incompetent. They sent me someone else's order, (which happens, it's fine) after attempting to contact them with two different email addresses, I finally needed to spam their 'contact us' form just to get a response from someone. They emailed saying they'd re-send my original order. It's about 6 months later and I have received nothing, and I spent over $200 on that order. They do not respond to emails, or 'Contact Us' form on their website. These people will steal your money. I strongly recommend finding the product somewhere else, because waldenfarms.ca will not help you if anything goes wrong with your order. Just incredible.

Horrible customer services . They send out orders months after, some items already expired some items with 1 month exp on them. horrible packaging, half the items are broken. never reply to emails and you can tell how bad they are they dont even have a phone number that you can contact them by. STAY AWAYTHIS IS A REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE:NO my order was not lost. it still hasn't even been shipped!!!We have many stores and this is not the first time ive had issues with you guys but it will be the last!!!!last time $400 worth of products arrived damaged and after months of emails you credited us $80 !!!! You are just stealing!I have sent you 3 emails already today and all my emails end up in spam ??? no one has had time to call or email me back within the last month but you reply to a google review immediately??
