After about a week of intermittent furnace malfunctioning as well as it being 9pm on a Monday and the forecast of the temperature hitting -15/-17, I thought it was time to call someone to fix my predicament. After using Google and using a couple of review sites I called Comfort Environment. I shared a little bit of what was happening with my furnace and thermostat, Darryl asked me a couple of questions and he seemed to really understand what was going on and diagnosed the issue I was having on the phone. He came over quickly, well-prepared and with everything that he needed. He was friendly, knowledgeable and alert. He seemed to enjoy my interest in knowing what exactly he was doing to repair it. All in all, it was affordable and informative and would know for certain who I would call again if and when my furnace breaks down again.

Daryl resolved long standing heating problems in our house where we had several cold spots. He made excellent recommendations and completed all the required work quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Highly recommend him for his professionalism and expertise.

I was very pleased with my experience with Daryl between Christmas and New Years, who replaced the fan motor on my garage heater. He responded quickly and got the job done at a very good cost and I now have him in my contacts list!I then had a Humidifier water leak this week and Daryl was again quick to respond and corrected some drainage hose kinks and replaced Old filter and I am Up and Running Again. 2 for 2 and very satisfied!It's great to find and support a local independent operator.

Above and beyond! After hours call Friday evening -20 broken furnace. Spoke with Daryl on the phone, he pulled over on Macleod and waited for us to get to him so we could buy the furnace element and have heat for the weekend.I called 3 companies before Daryl. Only 15 minutes after closing and all the other companies were already trying to gouge emergency calls and refused to even sell us the parts they had in stock. Two of the other companies told me the only way I could get the part from them was the pay their emergency fees and pay to have it installed by their guys alone.Thank you Daryl for being a good person.

Daryl has been most helpful helping keep my furnace going. I have exotic animals that require a specific temperature range, so when my furnace isn't working properly it causes me a lot of stress.He's fit me into his schedule on more than one occasion. I always know when I can expect him and he's never late. In the end it seems the issue has been resolved by simply replacing the thermostat. I was initially thinking that the solution was going to be a very expensive one, but he started with a much less expensive solution than others may have suggested. I found him to be very personable and I really appreciate his honesty. I wouldn't hesitate to call his expertise in the future should I need to.

Daryl was amazing. Our furnace went out and he came to fix it within an hour. The initial fix didn't work so he had to come back, but was able to fix the issue by installing a new board. Super responsive and a pleasure to chat with. Everything was explained so we understood what was happening. Would highly reccomed!

We had a 20 year old a/c unit that needed replacement. The timing happened in the month of July as temperatures were forecast to hit high 30's. Our local heating and ac company could not get a replacement due to back orders from covid. I sent a text to Daryl on a Wednesday, he responded quickly with an approximate cost, then provided a full quote within a day. The a/c was installed two days later at a cost that was 25% lower than our local provider. I have since referred Daryl to three other friends for installations. Best decision ever. Thanks Daryl.
