We took our 1-year-old Standard Poodle to Brie for her first professional grooming. Brie took the time to make sure she understood what we looking for and did a fantastic job on the cut. The facility was clean and calm. Thank you for taking such good care of our girl!

Our setter x was a shaggy mess. Hope Hogan did an amazing job, and I loved that he didn't have that fresh haircut" look you see sometimes. It was all nicely blended and natural looking. He got a cute bowtie to boot. All the staff I interacted with were professional and upbeat. Love it there!"

Have taken my pup for a few grooms here and have been very happy with both the groom and the groomers themselves (hence the 4 star rating). However, I will not shop here for anything else. I find the staff super pushy, and always looking for an upsell.

Really nice place to go for all your pet needs, they have a really good selection of both kibble and raw food and they even have some nice product for the pawrents... I would say the store is cozy and the staff were super friendly.We were there for our dogs dental cleaning.Thank you for the hospitality and we will be back when I'm the area.

I have a happy dog! He smells and looks great. It's the best haircut he's had in a long time :) Higgins has always had mutton chops which is not typical for an American Cocker Spaniel. When he was a puppy our youngest wanted him to have mutton chops so that's how it's always been done. 5/5 for the groom 4/5 on the pricing. We will return.PS - SO many of the staff have American Cocker Spaniels there!

I highly recommend Barkstreet Market in Stony Plain! Not only do they have a great selection of pet supplies/treats/toys, but the service is good and the staff are all wonderful. They were also gracious enough to donate some stuff to our Christmas donation collection for the local animal rescue. :)

Staff were super friendly and went out of their way to find a sweater in the back stock for my new puppy. Great customer service.

Overall have not been happy with the last few grooms. Cut very uneven, and dogs still incredibly wet when I picked them up. The icing on the cake was the groomer cut one of my dogs during their last groom and tried to tell me he had a scratch which wasn’t there when I dropped him off. I had originally booked 2 separate grooms - however the groomer was now going to groom both of my dogs within two hours. Generally it takes about two hours to groom one of my dogs as he has a lot of hair (he is a border collie cross breed). She very quickly groomed both of them within less than two hours. Had the groomer just been upfront about the accident I would have been understanding, especially if she was rushing to finish both of my dogs in a short time window - however I felt like she tried to hide it. The groom on our border collie, you could tell was incredibly rushed. His beautiful long flowy tail is now uneven and looks a mess. The customer service after I expressed my disappointment was also lackluster - the manager was quite rude to me on the phone and in person. Over all just disappointed. Won’t return.**I had emailed back the owner asking that if the area had in fact looked irritated prior to them cutting that area why they didn’t avoid it. My dog was bleeding when I picked him up so something had to have happened. No response from owner = lack of ownership, accountability and caring in my opinion. I stand by this 1 star review.
