Canada Vein Clinics

I've had my legs treated with venaseal at Canada vein clinics. Their actual procedure is very good and the doctor was very good. The administration and follow up is really quite pathetic. They advertise as being located in Belleville Ontario. They're not! You can only have your procedure done in Toronto (a 2 to 2 and a 1/2 hour drive away). However you can have your pre and post diagnostic ultrasounds done in Belleville. So I agreed to this and went ahead. However, after paying over $7000 to have both legs done they changed their schedule in Belleville. Pre procedure I was able to come on a Monday or Wednesday no problem. Post procedure they only offer Thursdays now. And unfortunately my work schedule on Thursdays is a consistent 8 AM till 6 PM.Then I realized that the week before Christmas I will have a different schedule and I won't be working Thursday. So I called them to book my 12 month follow up ultrasound figuring it was important since I missed my last one as it was impossible to schedule. I asked for this date and they told me they were not providing services on this date.So for the overall service they get 2 out of 5. I would give the doctor himself and the job he did a 5 out of 5. However I can't get proper follow up locally without having to take at least half of a day off work. There's a whole another cost involved to that. So for that reason, if I had to do it again, I would certainly choose a different company.
