+Ve's: lot of parking, programs for kids. play area in the park for kids and few exercise equipment available to everyone. -ve's: Loud and noisy, small library always noisy, even people sitting inside the library talk a bit louder. The outside area is always noisy with tutoring people or seniors gathering. The tutoring people or seniors doesn't care about students sitting there and studying for their exams. Not a good one to study for people who prefer a quiet place.

I grew up living around this library and joined many of the programs it offers. It has a great community, the reading book clubs hosted by Claire are educational and fun! A lot of parking space and places to sit down. The only thing I would change is that its a bit loud sometimes for a library. Seats are usually taken mid day.

One of the best public library in Surrey. It had ample parking space and it has got large collections of book.Looking at its location, the library has good books in regional languages like Punjabi and Hindi.The staff is helpful here. Good place for all people irrespective of any age.

Excellent facility. Friendly, approachable staff.I have been using this library for over a dozen years.A year ago, my son had a fine for damage to a book that he borrowed and returned without reading. He explained to them that he was okay to pay the fine, but that it wasn't him who had damaged the book since he hadn't handled the book at all after borrowing it. The staff was considerate and let the fine go.This was just a single example of the multiple positive experiences that I have had at this library. Recommend Fleetwood library to everyone!

The library is neatly maintained with nicely supporting staff. It’s having variety of books and available for 3 week loan period. We can renew the books over online as well. The printing service is also offered at affordable cost.

Very clean facility. This would be a lovely library to study in if the staff at the front counter weren’t so loud. Currently here now and even at the other end of the library you can hear them chatting and laughing. Patrons on the other hand are quiet and respectable. Guildford library gets a lot of traffic, but it’s much quieter.

Rude employee. Heavy set elderly white woman. Very aggressive and curt. No need for that type of behavior. If you can’t conduct yourself in a respectful manner then get another job. I would suggest avoiding her to anyone reading this. January 17, around 10:15-20am.

Overall a pretty decent library if you want to come in and spend some time studying. Situated in a peaceful area. Staff is friendly and helpful. There's only one level so noises can sometimes distract you if you don't have headphones on.Would be great if they extended the hours on some days though. Closes too soon for some people.

Friendly and helpful as usual. I'm amazed at the range of books they have for such a small library. And what they don't have they will get. New plant sculpture is very intriguing but no attribution that I could see
