Klacko job is highly disappointing! Ask them to make another shaft for the coupling. They made a shaft and fitted it instead of giving me all the parts separately. The shaft was forced into the coupling and it was not a good mach so they hammer a key down into the key slot with heavy hammer blows. Not only the key was squashed into the coupling. In the process they damaged the coupling brim that suppose to be tight fit to the other half of the coupling. I am now cannot imagine what will happened with the drive shaft alignment. Awful, awful job.

These guys are very cooperative and willing to help out boaters with unique needs. Highly recommended if you are looking for boat hardware specifically related to masts but has other items. Very friendly.

This place is no good anymore. I gave them my Benetau Pulpit for repairing and they sat on it for two months and didn't do anything except they made it worst by cutting it in half. I kept calling the front desk and the lady kept saying that she has not heard anything from the fabricator. Worst place to deal with. If you are not competent to fix it, why take 2 months? Finally, I had to pick it up and give it to someone else. Other mechanics are also complaining and saying that since the son took over the business, it has gone to the dogs. RIP Klacko!

A very short turn around time and a work of art was delivered to my site. The craftsmanship and design is second to none!! A very friendly chap (Tim) delivered it and offered additional wisdom. Probably the best resource in Ontario when it comes to masts, rigging and custom metal work for boats. They also have a fantastic inventory of old rigging parts.
