Not a good experience for us. Would not return next summer. Our child was bullied and hurt by other kids at camp. While counsellors reassured us of the children's safety, issues were ongoing. We were surprised at the content of the team talks. Glad it's been good for other kids. Not a good match for us.

My son just completed a one week camp with Onside. Coming from Milton, I’m blown away by the quality for value (it was very affordable). My son had an absolute blast. TY

Brian from onside is very busy so much so that he doesn't have time to insure all camps of guelph are set up for what they claim on their website. Our child came back with massive sunburns on their cheeks under there eyes and were constantly complaining that they hardly played soccer at all, at the end of the week they were so bored they wanted to oow if they had to go next week and were relieved when I told them no.That's not the type of out come you want after paying 175$ for a week's worth of camp. If you really want to try your child out for soccer I suggest you go to rock wood b4 gryphons because the lack of professionalism @ guelph gryphons is far worse and yet your still paying less for the amount of 6-7 weeks for a soccer program with them than a week's worth of soccer here with onside athletics. A few of the camp coordinators im sure are just volunteers that have little to no experience with childcare this is worrisome there for I will not be submitting our child with Onside in the future and would rather book days off work to ensure they are well looked after.

We have taken part in Onsides Camps and Ball Hockey Teams and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The Camp counsellors are the best I've ever seen. They are welcoming, encouraging, supporting, fun, responsible and my kids loved them. The camp and the team sports are very well organized and families are updated with emails and information prior to and during the events and seasons. Thank you for all of your hard work organizing the camps/leagues , we truly appreciate it and the kids love attending! Thanks Ashley and Mark

My daughter has played in their ball hockey leagues in Guelph and has attended camps for the past 3 years. They are always very organized and run a great program. The camp counsellors are fun, keep the kids engaged and busy all day. Definitely recommend!

Onside athletics sent all of the details through email, which was wonderful. My only issue was the billing and the payment issues. Why? Because we had funding through Children’s Foundation and I had done all of the legwork behind the scenes to make sure that the check was available to Onside athletics, and then was concerned that I was going to have to pay for the funding. That made me feel very uneasy about the organization and how it does its billing and organizing of its financial stuff. However the issue did get resolved and appreciate all of the hard work that the staff did I just wonder if there is a better way to be able to link financial assistance through agencies, such as Children’s Foundation to Onside athletics, and if there could be a spot put within the financial billing information on the website and application form for those individuals who have requested assistance. My daughter did have a lot of fun at camp, and enjoyed all of the activities that were provided. There were lots of opportunities to try new things, and to get better at the things that she had done before. some of the activities were archery, canoeing/kayaking, volleyball/Newcomb ball, and tubing. She really enjoyed the swimming that took place after lunch each day, and enjoyed participating in the team talks. overall, she had a fun week at camp and is wanting to go back next year, for her last year at epic camps, and possibly do an overnight camp.
