This happened on August 29th or 30th, 2022. I don’t know how they behave when they sell cars, but I do not recommend getting your car fixed there. My car was towed there because it had completely shut down and no lights were coming on. They spent two hours on it and told me that the battery was the main issue.This is totally unacceptable because there was no power, no light. I still can’t believe they didn’t check the battery in the first place. Also, the battery apparently cost about $230 (they told me that they only had high-priced batteries at the moment, no regular ones). So I asked them to keep the receipt of the battery and the model name because I couldn't believe that the battery could be that expensive. However, when I went back to retrieve my car, they somehow didn't have the receipt and charged me about $600. Additionally, the engine warning sign was on. When I asked the receptionist about the warning sign, he said it was because the key was not inside the car." He didn't have any knowledge about cars and kept trying to explain the situation with the wrong information. Eventually

Remarkable service!! Aseel is new but very professional and knows his job and always checks with superiors if unsure instead of giving blunt advice!Even though I mixed up my appointment date, he took my car in for emergency repairs and kept my original appointment for the recalls! Superb honesty, repaired ONLY what needed to be repaired, gave a free inspection and service to the car, charged labor cost to the minute, no more!Only thing they can improve is the response over phone call, perhaps separate numbers can be provided for reception and service station!But overall great experience, safe to say my car has found it’s home for any n all future repairs!

They scam you- do not utilize their service department! They gave me an estimate for $800 for front brakes. They didn't know that I had just had my brakes serviced 7000 km before. Stay far away, they do not help you. They installed winter tires, and 2 days later one tire was completely flat, and they took no responsibility.

Not only check the recall problem, but check all other problems for me, the windshield, the tire pressure monitor and battery. Tell me the details and price to choose. Very professional and friendly service. Before I leave, they also cleaned my car. Thank you so much guys !

I am disappointed with the level of service provided by this dealership. Unfortunately, my brand new electric 2023 vehicle stopped functioning properly after just two months of use. The car's basic functionality, such as movement and battery life, has been severely compromised. Despite seven days of investigation, the dealership identified a faulty component as the cause of the issue. While I understand that such incidents can happen, it has been frustrating to learn that the replacement part is on backorder, resulting in my car sitting idle at the dealership for the past five weeks.Moreover, I was not provided with a replacement vehicle during this time, and the dealership has been lacking in communication regarding the status of my car. It required numerous phone calls and my involvement with Nissan Canada to secure a rental car, even though the dealership has electric courtesy vehicles available. This lack of attentiveness to customer service is disheartening.Given my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to others seeking a satisfactory car-buying or servicing experience.
