Great,understand, and willingness to help when money comes out of our pockets and tight. Love my new walker.

I am an everyday wheelchair user who depends highly on wheelchair, walker and sometimes crutches. I have been dealing with Embracor Halifax (which is about an hour from us) for roughly 5 years about my equipment. The first year was pretty good with minimal issues but the last few years or so have been nothing but headaches and extremely poor service.First: I ordered a new walker from their store and as soon as we left the business, the walker fell apart in our vehicle. We went back to get them to look at it and they blamed us saying we were too hard on it putting it in the vehicle (if we were too hard on it the first time loading it , how would it support me walking with it??)Second: I had bearings done for the casters of my manual wheelchair (every day chair) and the next day my wheels were falling off while using them. I tried to do my best to fix it as I am quite familiar with the process, but they would not fix. I went back in to the store again to have them take another look as this is a safety issue for me. They told me it was perfectly fine and meant to do that. I tried to explain that I use this chair daily and that this is not perfectly fine and should not be moving this much and when they finally looked at it, they realized it was the wrong bearings put in and blamed me for changing the bearings after they put the right" ones in.Third: I received a power bed from them back in Early 2019 as I was in an accident and required assistance. Ever since I got the bed from them

Would NEVER use them again.. We rented a hospital bed. They definitely made their monies off of that one. Not in good working condition. Old, noisy, uncomfortable and the SMELL was unbelievable even after my washing it down with lysol and pinesol. Even the medical people agreed that it definitely smelled. My husband asked the paramedics if they could take the bed too and throw it into a dumpster on his way to hospital.

Amazing service from James, he even offered to come in on a Saturday to accommodate my work schedule to repair my handcycle! Super knowledgeable and has a solution for every problem/situation I present with my mobility needs. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. They will get all of my business moving forward.

Had a great experience with the Embracor Medical staff! Helpful, friendly and punctual.

When I have a problem with my wheelchair and it takes a week or more for an appointment my life is at a standstill. They were able to service my wheelchair the very next working day. More than pleased. Professional and friendly and went over and beyond in providing service

Would give zero stars if possible, my father has a number of chronic health conditions and requires a power chair which he bought from this company and he’s had nothing but problems and terrible response from this company. Do not trust your ailing parents’ assistive device need with them. They were non responsive and blamed my father repeated saying he was misusing his chair when In fact he was using it as intended. It’s been a terrible experience and I would have liked to escalate the complaints further but my father does has not allowed me. I never write bad reviews but this I felt the need to do so to warm others away.

Brought my scooter here to be repaired. Came back with plastics being damaged , electrical wires not fully connected causing scooter to stop at random and bearings missing. Wouldn’t take back
