They were able to take care of an emergency situation (arrived in less than two hours) for one of my clients, and a few days later took care of a few home repairs for me. Did an excellent job. I retained Paradigm Plumbing to install pumps, drains and vents to facilitate the finishing of my basement. Generally, work was undertaken in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. However, they struggled on multiple occasions to follow specific directions. This resulted in the need to redo portions of previously completed work. Despite being compensated for doing so, the company behaved as though it was being burdened, and attempted to limit the scope.Months later, I reached out with a question regarding a particular aspect of their work, and to seek advice for how best to proceed through the next phase of the project. At the time, I was also under the impression that Paradigm Plumbing would be bidding to undertake that work. They made a deliberate point of providing a vague response, and stated that they were not willing to dedicate additional time and resources to the project. They also refused to answer phone calls in my attempt to seek clarification.After helping the company secure work for other clients, and giving them the benefit of the doubt when others complained about communication issues and the quality of their work, I was understandably disappointed and upset.

Alan was very professional, on time and showed up will all necessary parts to finish job in a timely and cost effective manner. Had a gas line run outside for natural gas BBQ. Have used previously for plumbing repairs and would not hesitate to use again in the future!

A Allan came promptly to deal with a locates of Sewer pipe and plumbing pipe He was able to do work that my builder was not found in Pleasanton polite and informative and very good communicator which in this business is rare I hope to use them for my full plumbing project for my home and have recommended him to another friend

My partner and I recently purchased a property with a drilled well as the primary water source. After testing the well it was clear that there is was some level of bacterial contamination in our drinking water system. We did not feel safe using the water until this issue was addressed. Our failed well test happened on a Thursday and thanks to Paradigm Plumbing the issue was completely resolved by Monday of the following week.Paradigm lead the design of a custom mechanical space that incorporated the use of a water softener (to remove hardness and iron), sediment filter, UV disinfectant lamp and single tap 5-stage reverse osmosis system (for drinking water only). We were able to work with Paradigm to select the correct equipment, create a layout and review all of the treatment technology literature. A rep from Paradigm worked with us remotely to make sure all of the treatment technologies were compatible and to confirm that we had adequate power and space for the installation. On installation day the lead technician arrived on time, was well organized, clean and courteous. Overall we are very happy with the design and work that was done and thanks to Paradigm we have clean, safe water for our family!
