I rented two offices at Paramount while growing my business and have only good things to say about my time there. The premises are attractive and well run, the office manager is very responsive to tenant needs and reception services are friendly and always professional. Renting at Paramount is the perfect way to have all the amenities and feel of a fully staffed office without having to manage the details or incur the overhead costs for individual services. The services are also scalable to the requirements of your business. I can without hesitation highly recommend Paramount for your business!

Paramount Executive Centre
Centerprise Information Solutions has been thrilled to have our primary corporate office at Paramount Executive Centre for over a year. Having Paramount take care of reception (phone and in-person), mail, consumables, etc. has allowed our business to grow to a level we couldn't have done otherwise.We have renewed for another year, and will almost certainly do so again - the service and facilities provided have more than paid for themselves! Oh, and free coffee plus weekly cookie day can NOT be overstated :)

We recently used Paramount Executive Centre to conduct interviews for a senior position. I can't thank Heather and Matthew enough! Very professional, very helpful (even came in at 7:30 on a Sunday). The facilities are excellent right down to the coffee machine! Matthew ensured we could make the connections with Skype to have our long distance interviews. Thank you very much for your professional and personal support. Highly recommend for all future needs.

Well, we are two months in to our lease with Paramount. To start, moving in was a breeze and was expedited on my request. Joy, the office manager, provided us with excellent, open communication about costs and benefits of having our office here. The office is clean, the reception is welcoming and professional (a rare combination), the parking off Courtney is easy, the coffee and hot drinks are GREAT. My clients are served well by having our office in Paramount, from my productivity increasing to the experience they have when they visit our office. Not one thing I would change! If you are reading this review, you likely are considering Paramount. Look no further!

Paramount Executive Centre
Just moved in, the office is brand new and the view is awesome. There is a dishwasher and a nice coffee machine in the kitchen/coffee room! Not to mention all the cafe and restaurants around the corner. For anyone looking for a small office space for their business I highly recommend here!

Paramount Executive Centre
Moved in January 2018. The premises are cozy, new and well laid out.The location is fantastic. In the heart of everything. Great office equipment and amenities. Heather runs the show there. She is nothing short of fantastic. Her level of service is like I have never seen before in executive centers. Right up there with how good Rhonda was at Regus, in Victoria. But that place went in the tank when she left.I have been using offices in Executive centers since 1995. From Vancouver to Burnaby and Victoria. Heather and Paramount have been the very best so far. Very flexible. Very accommodating. Much more affordable than the competition. MUCH more. And without all the intricate contracts and loads of fine print that other business centers engage in that at the end, wind up costing a lot of money to a small business owner. Highly recommendable.

The space was quiet and well maintained. It was perfect for what I needed, at the time.And the expresso machine is a nice touch.The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to be helpful and supportive.The other people were great. A nice, little community.

Paramount Executive Centre
NetMotion Software worked out of the Paramount Executive Centre for the last year. When we initially decided to branch out into Victoria, we needed a small office quickly, but soon outgrew the space as we hired more onto the team. The only reason why we're leaving is because we need an office where our whole team can sit together. Paramount has been great to us in every way. The office is clean, Joy at the front desk is incredibly helpful and courteous, and we loved our time there. Thank you!

Paramount Executive Centre
I had the pleasure of working out of the Paramount Executive Centre for 4 months as construction was taking place at my regular office. Heather (the receptionist) is amazing! She has great communication skills, is very organized, and is extremely accommodating. The offices are spacious, bright, and quiet. Access to free coffee/tea/hot chocolate is a definite bonus! Overall, it was a great experience and work environment.
