A PLUS RENOVATIONS and Tile

I was very disappointed with Trevor’s work on my bathroom and laundry room reno.On the positive side he was clean, tidy, punctual and finished in the time he had allotted.But in my mind he rushed the job.His finishes were amateur and messy.A few examples - he installed the bathroom light fixture above the new vanity but it was not centred on the faucet. The faucets were installed so the three pieces were not in a flush line and the Koehler logo was to the side; to fit the new vanity in he had to cut into the existing wooden window ledge - it’s messy and unfinished looking - he literally hacked into the wooden sill; the shower tile floor is bumpy and sloping plus the finer details were messy; he got silicone on absolutely everything and even siliconed the shower floor drain shut; the glass shower installer (without me bringing it up) even commented on the poor quality job on the tiles and pointed out some poor quality workmanship that I had not even noticed.When these were pointed out to Trevor he was defensive and ultimately walked away from the job without finishing in a huff and wrote these long texts that were unprofessional and petty.Hopefully Trevor was having a bad week, as he had come highly recommended.I would not hire him again.

This guy Trevor is awesome! He came to our rescue when the other contractor failed us. Our bathroom was to the studs and he had it back together ahead of schedule.He is great to work with quality of work is very professional and cleans up everything before he leaves. I would highly recommend him for your renovation. He will be my first call when we do our next project.

Trevor has been amazing. He is clean, respectful, communitive, punctual and fast working! We are just finishing up our whole basement renovation from studs to the finishing touches. He is on budget, quicker timeline then expected and doesn't leave you in the dark. If anything comes up above the quote its discussed first not just done. When he takes on a job he doesn't leave you hanging. We would highly recommend him and are looking forward to the kitchen renovation we are getting done next! Thank you so much Trevor!
