Just purchased a beautiful patio, they have a delivery company on site they were also really good taking the furniture all the way to my rooftop, manager (Gail) and her team were really good handling my transaction.

I was shopping at the store in White Rock on March 15th and we hadn’t been into the store for awhile as we were travelling. I commented to my husband about how tidy and organized it was. Everything and I mean everything was displayed to a tee. My congratulations go out to Gayle and her team as it was a real pleasure to shop in this store

***update !! They were quick to identify the problem and rectified it. And assisted me with great service..thanks to the manager of the store and the team !!*** old review Its so sad that the store staff treats you like a thief.. i was there to buy a headphone today and i took the bus all the way from surrey central to reach to the store. And unfortunately the staff doesn't even let you try the product before you buy. They close the story by telling you that you have 7 days to return if you don't like it" well i like to try it before i buy!!"

I go to Big Box outlet frequently and find the staff extremely helpful especially Gail the manager. She is awesome and makes me want to shop there more. Great products too!

I visited the BBO in White Rock looking for my favourite Kirkland coffee blend cups, unfortunately I didn’t find any that day and asked Sonnya if they had any at the back room or in the truck coming, she said she will check and follow up with me, she was so sweet to take my phone number, and she did actually call and told me that they got some in. I was more than impressed with her excellent customer service, and here I am one happy customer with her favourite coffee blend. Thanks Sonnya , very much appreciated
