Went in with my spouse today for a phone upgrade. Got help from Ivanna, she was amazing. Very helpful, explained everything very clearly, good knowledge of products and services. We were in there for a while, she had a lot of patience with us and made sure all of our questions were answered. Help set up new phone and a new tablet for us. Thanks so much!

Went in on my 45 minute lunch break to urgently replace my phone I had broken that morning. Ivanna was so great and helpful and made it so easy and set up everything I had asked for and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy more then what I signed up for which I always feel like happens in phone stores. Thank you so much for helping me!!

Nandu was great! He helped me get an awesome deal and quickly when the park place store system has been down all week. If you can visit the Georgian mall location and avoid parkplace at all costs!

Had the Black Friday deal locked in but phone delivery a month away. I go into store and they say they can match it but need to cancel the other order. They cancel the order, turn around to me and say that it will cost me an extra $10 per month. I ask them to un-cancel my other deal and they say that they can't. Now I'm paying an extra $250 because they lied to my face and not even an apology was made. Customer support online says that their hands are tied, I need to get the store to fix this.... They already expressed they have no interest in making this right

The service is decent however they keep on spelling my wife name incorrect 5 different times within a year, not sure what type of education or training these employees receive but it's consistent mistakes like this that keep good paying customers away.At the end of the day we still having an issue with incorrect spelling of last name Felts"It not difficult and not rocket science nor a complicated surname.. it's Felts.... not Selts.We are still frustrated with zero results.."

great network servicerecently they upgraded services and many good deals. combo, individual plan with offers availble.network porting , new sim activation with or with out contract .i was using Rogers : 20 gb with 50 dollers and always there was some additional charges . since 4 month i sm using fido 25 gb with 35 dollers ( great deal ) . staff are very gelpful and very knowlagable.use fido and save some money for coffecustomer care even very helpful ...

Very few customers but take forever with each. Not because of good customer service but because they keep selling as much as they can to each person...Saw a lot of people walk out.If i didnt really need them, i would definitely go somewhere else.Zero stars if it was possible
