Son service à la clientèle est tout simplement médiocre... Prix élevés pour simplement changer une vise d'une montre. En changeant la vise je remarque qu'il a égratigné le bracelet de ma nouvelle montre.

Went for a battery change on my watch. It took 5 minutes and the time and date was set. The front lady was very sweet and friendly. Great service. Highly recommended.

If you want to have your expensive Swiss watch band shortened by few links, please count how many they will return because they “mistakenly” kept one. I had to ask to have the fourth one returned. At least they didn’t scratch my watch band.

I went today, he changed my watches battery in 5 mins, set the time. Very positive experience! They also have a wide range of beautiful jewelry! Will be back for sure!

This is what you get after paying to repair your bracelet. I lost it two days later. Only by the grace of God did a good Samaritan returned it to me. The jeweller wanted to charge me $180.00 to fix it (again?)

They were quite fast, and 15$ to change the battery in a standard size quartz watch is not too expensive, although not too cheap either. They sell a lot of other watches, some Seikos and some Citizens amongst them. They also have a lot of jewellery and old clocks as you can see in my pictures.They set the time on our watches too, which I think is very nice of them. I dont know if this is normal for watch repair stores but I assume it is.
