Mental Health and Addiction Services

I have been an addict for almost 10 years and these people are simply amazing. A lot of people not like to think about places Like this or choose to think they don’t exist. A lot of people think down on places like this and programs like methadone. The fact is is dosnt help everyone but everyone in need deserves that chance to get helped. I was scared to death to walk in and ask for help but I couldn’t go on living my life like that. I have now been clean for 8 years. So if you are looking for safe place to help you fight your addiction. You have found it, but know you are the one that has to put in the hard work. It can be done. Take care.

Going to the counsellors here have helped me with my separation and dealing with life issues.

I would give them 0/5 if possible. The staff have basically ghosted me on two occasions without any communication or explanation. This is extremely unprofessional as well as dangerous for this field. I have had other professionals almost beg me to report my situation but when I tried to do this my concerns were completely dismissed

Experienced a social worker who made the sessions about her, she couldn't control her anger when I refused to hug her. She asked me to hug her 3times and every time the answer was no. She crossed boundaries & then lied under investigation. She is harmful.
