I have probably never worked with such consummate, dedicated professionals. They definitely go the extra mile to help their customers. I needed to get a few upgrades to my business and Wayne was recommended by another Air company. I wanted to get a UV Filter installed , a NEST thermostat installed and I needed some work done to my HVAC unit so that I could install another high grade filter in my salon. Wayne was super nice, explained everything in detail, gave me a quote in a timely manner and was able to get everything done for me in one day so I didn't have to shut my business down for more than one day. It was also nice to work with someone that is so excited and passionate about their job.I would highly recommend him and his company to any business owner. For me having good communication is super important. Obv the work itself needs to be great and it was, but the customer service is what will always sway me if I am choosing between 2 companies or if I will be returning to the company.Thank you so much!

Great experience with Southpoint Air. After getting quotes from five different companies this one stood out. Now completed extremely happy with choosing Southpoint Air. Wayne is the owner operator and is extremely knowledgeable and get the job done the right way with honesty and integrity.I’ve recommended him to a few friends now and they are also very happy with Southpoint Air.At the very least talk to wayne and get a quote! I had a ductless mini split system installed at my place by Southpoint Air. Wayne did a thorough evaluation of my home and provided a detailed estimate so I knew exactly what I was getting. The whole process was very transparent and Wayne is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and explained to me everything I needed to know.Wayne and his team went above and beyond with the installation and subsequent follow up. The attention to detail and workmanship is remarkable. Needless to say the results were well above my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC maintenance or installation.

Our 15 year old Carrier furnace was reaching end of life, so I asked our White Rock/South Surrey Facebook group for recommendations for HVAC service providers. Southpoint was mentioned several times in glowing terms. So I contacted Wayne at Southpoint and this is my experience.Southpoint got back to be on the same day and arranged a home visit within a couple of days. Every aspect of the visit and quoting process was professional and pleasant. They quoted me on a high quality replacement furnace (Trane), and their quote was $300 to $2000 below the other quotes I received from some of the bigger players. They happened to have a unit in stock which was and exact fit for my needs, and were able to schedule the install within 2 days of me placing the order. (This is important in our era of supply chain interruptions, where some folks have to wait for months to get the unit they need.)All told my entire experience with Southpoint was first class, from beginning to end. And this level of expertise, value, quality of the install, and customer service is extremely rare these days. I can highly recommend the team at Southpoint.

We have used SouthPoint several times over the last 2 years. We started with annual servicing on our unit and then we needed a major part for our AC. We were able to discuss the trade offs with Wayne in order to decide to repair or replace.Recently we have had some thermostat issues and Wayne himself came to our place between meetings to make adjustments and start to troubleshoot.Responsive. Explains the issues. And thorough. We will be exclusively using SouthPoint as well as recommending them to our friends and family

Wayne installed a beautiful Trane AC unit for us this week and we couldn’t be happier. Our house feels comfortable, cool and the unit is quiet and installed with such TLC. Wayne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table and he’s also extremely kind and honest. He is truly passionate about what he does and really wonderful to work with, I highly recommend calling him, you will be so happy that you did! :)

We recently needed a significant HVAC upgrade in our house.Southpoint Air had been recommended to us so we called Wayne Homer, the owner, to discuss options & obtain a cost estimate.Wayne was very helpful with suggestions for moving forward with this project which required installation of a new high efficiency gas furnace with top mounted A/C unit . We also needed 3 mini split units for upstairs bedrooms.The Southpoint team did a great job of installation of the above. They were very friendly, highly skilled and professional on the job. They also did a wonderful job site clean up at the end of the project.We now have a nice cool environment in our house during the current hot weather.Kudos to Southpoint Air!
