I have rented a cargo van to move furniture from my storage unit to my apartment and my experience was follows:The good:- Vehicles are generally clean.- Vehicle pickup is without hassle. I have never waited more than 20 minutes to get behind the wheel of a vehicle.- The staff usually accommodate reservation extensions.The bad:- My most recent van's battery died not long after I picked it up and Enterprise's roadside assistance was rather useless. I was left to my own devices and ended up calling GM directly to take advantage of a free jump-start that was included as part of an extended vehicle warranty.- When reserving a vehicle online, when it says, Ford Transit or similar"
