The service is pretty good! Sometimes you might find a gem in the gaming section; for me it was the last of us part 1 for ps5 whereas everywhere else was sold out! Reason for 4 stars is the post office always has a long line and the customer service is always the greatest!

On two separate occasions the Beauty Boutique sales person rushed me to finish my purchasing so they can cash me out. During my most recent experience the the lady did not listen to my concerns about what I actually needed and she recommended a product that I had an allergic reaction too. My face is blistering and red. Needless to say I advised her of my sensitive skin and previous reactions.She also rushed me and I forgot to pick up more than 1/2 of the products I went into buy. This experience made me feel like a thief as she literally followed me into aisles.Commission environments such as this one really makes shopping miserable.The site will not allow me to post pictures of my face.I went into the store today. The beauty boutique managers were the store in they and completely blamed me for my skin reaction. They both stated that I should have known better then to take their advice and put a product they gave me on my face after I explained to them my skin sensitivities. I personally believe that both these managers should be disciplined. Who says that?I then witnessed the female Asian manager conversing with the store manger, who then ended up following me until I left the store.I will be filing a complaint with head off.

Staff member loudly accused me of trying to steal a shopping basket when leaving the store to empty it in to my car before returning it like I usually do. They didn't have any bags at the self-checkout and there was no cashier at the normal checkout. What am I supposed to do? She gave me a plastic bag from the locked cabinet behind the cash before she let me leave, never apologized.Staff power tripping. Avoid the store.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. We have been patrons of this Shoppers Drug Mart for long over twenty years. In the last couple of years, the customer service at this store has been abominable.There have been little blips here and there, but not like the last two years. They have no problem making you drive there multiple times, for things they make errors on. I went there was told they couldn’t fill a prescription, because I was a week early. I explained that I had to increase the prescription to an extra tablet a day that is why I require the prescription a week early. I was told the insurance company wouldn’t allow it. I left and told them I would call my insurance company to clarify. First mistake, they could have called the insurance company while I was there but chose not to do that. I came home called my insurance and ask them about it only to find out that shoppers put it through and then reversed it. This was Shoppers error. An hour later I returned to the store and the owner who was serving me, was now not there. I spoke with the girl at the counter who said we can fill this and did so. That required me to make two trips, for no reason.I have not been able to see the owner until today to discuss the matter, I started to question why that happen and in doing so, I explained to him the story without going into a long process and stated the important part and used blah blah for the insignificant parts of the story. He went crazy, starting yelling at me , blah blah is not professional in reference to him, which was not what I was saying it was a general statement about the story. I tried to explain to him but clearly he wasn’t listening. I came home and made the decision after 20 plus years to move my business elsewhere. I went on Google to read the reviews and seen a number of poor reviews.Firstly let me say, he needs some lessons on Customer Service because if he treats people the way he treated me today, he won’t have to worry because he will not have any business.So unfortunate, that after a 20-25 year relationship, because of your unprofessional behaviour, you’ve lost business. Maybe there is a lesson to be learned here.

Well, third times the charm. I have been using this pharmacy for 10 years, since moving to Barrie. This is the 3rd time in the last few months that they have taken and lost my perception. After 2 weeks, I'm still waiting for some parts of my perceptions. No contact, no follow-up. You can no longer come in and wait for an order (at least my last number of trips in). They tell you to come back the next day or later in the week, needing multiple trips in. When I ask to wait, they indicate that they need several hours to dill an order. It really has gone down hill fast.

Worst experience ever!!Pati pharmacy assistant is very rude, not knowledgeable and worst person I met ever in my life. She is not professional.I am on hormonal medication which I must take daily at specific time. My family doctor retired and I am inthe transition of getting the new one. I have an appointment with new family doctor which is coming in 15 days. So I went to Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacy and asked assistant (it was Petty) to Renew my medication as an emergency situation for 15 days( before the day when I see my new family doctor).She strictly rejected and my explanations that if I loose taking a hormonal pill it is affecting my health and hormones. She does not want to listen anything… she just sails that I have to go to walk-in clinic. People leaving in Barrie know situation with walk-ins, huge lines and sometimes you have to return next day.. As I am full time working person and we have strict attendance policy I tried few times to see walk-in doctor but was unsuccessful due to lines.So in conclusion, I think this kind of”professionals” like Peti who do not help people i their emergencies should not be working in medical facilities.Very disappointing and stressful.

Loblaws entire corporation including Shoppers Drug Mart are scamming society and milking everyone while they get rich off the suffering of people. Raising prices like crazy while also taking in record profits. Im done with these crooks

They denied access to my service dog, refused my doctor's note, and claimed to only accept guide dogs (which is both illegal and against store policy). Guys, if you enjoy discrimination - this is the place.

Very disappointed with the pharmacist on the evening of Sat and Sun April 2 and 3.I needed medication for UTI and he refused to do his job with the excuse he didn't have any staff to help him. Both times there were no customers waiting.I went to another pharmacy and no problem at all!
