I didn’t get the best of service here. I brought in my car for cleaning of both the interior and exterior parts. When I arrived later on to pick up my car, a lady (she seemed like the owners partner) took me around my car to show me what work was done on it. During that time I noticed several spots that were skipped (she pointed them out herself) but she didn’t do anything about it. Afterwards, I was about driving off when I noticed that my brakes made a unusual sound whenever I stepped on them.I called the attention of the lady to it and asked her if there was a reason for it. The response I got from her was ‘are you accusing me of something?’ To which I responded no, I’m just trying to confirm if there are reasons for the abnormal brake sounds. Then she said ‘I can’t deal with you anymore today’. I was in shock to hear that because I did not have any issue with her prior to the time. So, I told her that I would give me mechanic a call to know what was going on with my brakes considering that I planned on traveling to Cape Breton the next day. The mechanic informed me that it was okay and the sound came on because of the intense wash.I can’t find a reason why the lady made those offensive statements. I’d never come back there because the customer service is just the worse.
