Great place to live ! Right from the start, management (Jayme ) was very friendly and helpful. The new manager Craig has been great as well! Quick to rectify any issues that may arise. I love that it’s pet friendly , and also a community garden! Big thumbs up :)

I am so grateful to live here. This apartment is the nicest apartment I've ever lived in. Everything is so fresh and new, and when you move in it is immaculately clean. They make sure there is no damages when you move in, so it feels like you're starting with a nice fresh slate. We have a view of the orchards and the mountains. the location is perfect, with a grocery store right across the street, and community garden and nice walking trails only steps away. it's great having management right downstairs, you always feel like there's someone there to help take care of your worries and your concerns, of which I have had very very few! there is a dog run, and it's a great place to have all the dogs get together and play. Everyone is so friendly and inviting!

The apartments are lovely and spacious, the location is convenient, and the building manager is super helpful. The reason this place gets docked two stars is for the terrible soundproofing. It's hard to believe a building built in 2017 has such a problem with noise transmission between suites. I've lived in old wooden buildings that were superior to this one for soundproofing.If you want a nice place to live and won't be bothered hearing your neighbors' barking dogs/crying babies/music/bass-y TV's, Lindgren Manor would suit you. But if you like your peace and quiet, go find a concrete building.

Wow! The apartment is beautiful and a really nice size. They painted it before we moved in, which was nice. The neighbours are very friendly. There is an off leash area for dogs, love that! And a community garden. Plus Yvonne, the new sit manager is super helpful and nice. Its a great mix of ages, lots of dogs, and excellent shopping across the street. So happy to have rented this place!

I moved into this apartment when it first opened up, and stayed here for 3 years. Management is great; Jayme is by far one of the most pleasant property managers I’ve had the opportunity to meet.The property is very well taken care of, and I’ve never had an issue of any kind with any of my neighbours in my 3 years at this building.I’m sad to leave this place behind, but hopefully someone else will come and enjoy it as much as I did!

I currently live in one of the Broadstreet Properties locations in another province, and asked for a transfer to this location. As I have good history with the building and have never been late on rent. I was promised it was going to be an easy process. After spending so much of my time going back and forth with emails and phone calls for weeks with a move in date to secure the place for May 1st. Also being asked with so many demands of documents and asking for a work offer letter. I sent it. After Yvonne received my paperwork, she laughed at me on the phone and refused to proceed with the process with the application for the place. She didn’t even offer me a single alternative or recommendation. Moving from one province to another is stressful. Let alone trying to find a place with a small dog. Talk about zero compassion and not going above and beyond with your job for your future tenants. Thanks for wasting my time, I’m very disappointed in Yvonne.

I live in one of these 2 apartment buildings, the onsite management team (Jayme) is amazing, and they always are around to answer questions, solve problems, and when maintenance is needed Gerard is always on top of things! The common areas are always clean and everyone I’ve encountered from Broadstreet’s has been friendly and welcoming. It’s great that there’s 24/7 client care. I love living here, theres a garden, a dog run, and the fact that there’s so many puppies around is a perk!

Beautiful well kept property, and wonderful welcoming staff. Very quick approval after applying to rent. We've since moved to the new Broad street building in Summerland and love it here in our ground floor walk out. It's quiet and close to shops and banks etc and the park is beautiful. Maintenance requests are always attended to quickly

Have been trying for over a week to get to view a unit available to rent on July 1. But the property manager is apparently on holidays until July 31 and there is no one who is able to show us the condo. I don't know how Broadstreet Properties expects to rent out anything by July 1 when there can be no showings until August. And although the phone operators at home office are understanding and are trying to resolve the issue, nothing has been rectified and no one has contacted us. So frustrating. We are very close to having to bail on this and go with a second option albeit not our preferred... ARRRGGGGHHHH!!!!

Lived here for 2 years, and enjoyed it. Management is very friendly and helpful. I was living in an apartment that was facing Valley Road and the road noise was loud even with windows closed as the building isn't insulated very well. There seems to always be constant traffic going by so it's something you'll have to get used to and learn to tune out. The summers are very hot if your cheap like me because AC is so expensive. I much preferred living at the original part of the Conservatory down the road in the summer as their AC system was built into the ceiling of the unit and pumping into every room as opposed to at Lindgren you only get one wall AC unit in the living room. It has a hard time reaching the bedroom where you want it to be nice and cool at nights.. Other than that you hear the occasional noise from your neighbours. The door to the hall has a visible gap underneath so you easily hear noises from the hall. The dog run smells terrible especially in the summer, but the community garden I really enjoyed using! Underground parking was a luxury but I sure paid for it at $60 per spot a month.
