He certainly does not know how to do business or respond to consumer calls. I called him to obtain a pricing estimate, and he replied that I couldn't afford what he was asking. We do business across Canada, and we never respond in this manner to anyone. Very Rude behaivoir over the phone and Never going to call him again.
