Me and my husband went to this Burger King few mints ago(I.e. October 20,2021 at 8.41pm)We order a spicy chicken burger with extra sauce , extra onions and no lettuce, a veggie burger and vanilla shake.First of all, no time was given to us for deciding although my husband said it three times WE NEED A MINUTEThen staff behaves so rudelyLastly what we got was no lettuce but also no onions in chicken sandwich(pic included)WE CONFIRMED ORDER TWICE AT SECOND WINDOW

i went there a few days ago and look like nobody cleaned it the floors table and seats were all so dirty the washrooms smelled like they've never been washed and the food even though is wasn't great it was the best part but even though the restaurant was empty it took nearly 20 minutes for just a whopper and fries over all 1 out of 5 would not recommend

Restaurant staff unhelpful, never assist upon arrival. Always rude to skip drivers. Ignore as they are working for them. Especially girl working at front counter. Need some professional training for better customer service. Would rate even low if i could.

We Ordered chicken fries and fish burger with nuggets. Chicken fingers and nuggets were awesome . The fish burger was horrible.It was slimy and soggy and had the most horrid smell.

Two of us arrived at the drive through with two coupons. Tried to place the order but we were told they can only honour one coupon per car. Ridiculous!I said we will come in. Upon entry I’ve asked who is in charge of this craziness? Cashier said that the manager is on break. I explained that this doesn’t make sense as perhaps I have an ill family member at home who can’t come in. Another female server immediately said that if I’m going to be rude she’ll refuse to serve me. So I said: I’d like to speak to the manager. She turned around and walked away. Cashier took my order and honoured my coupon. Then my friend approached the cashier but he turned around and consulted with the female server and two other employees weather they should serve my friend or not because it was going to be a second coupon and obviously both of these orders will end up in same car. The female said again that they can only take one coupon. I informed her that my friend is placing another separate order. Once again with attitude the cashier took my friends order but by then my order was ready and sitting on the counter getting cold.Bottom line is if you can’t honour a coupon per customer, don’t send them out. Also, rude attitude is not going to bring more customers. Super inconvenient and annoying service overall. Washrooms are “closed” not out of service but closed while diner is open. The pop station is closed as well. The place is empty and it makes you wonder why.So at the end of the day three minute drive through attempt turned into a ten minute stop only to enter and force our way to use coupons. What a dive!Disgraceful! Couldn’t even wash my hands before eating. “One coupon per car”, what a joke. Has anyone ever picked up an order for a friend before?Don’t go to this Burger King.I haven’t gone there in a long time and now I remember why. Thought the coupons would bring me back as a customer but indeed it had the opposite effect.

They are litterly microwaveing the burgers infront of us.... Floors are sticky from the front of the place to the back. Smells funky and the. Tables and counter are sticky as well.Screwed up 3 drink orders in a row as well as made the wrong burgers.This is now the second bad experience in a row with this pace. Should be ashamed to Carrie the burger king brand name....The head. Office should close this location

This place gave me and my whole family food poisoning. We stopped by the place on our way to the ferry terminal. Not only were there slow, we all got sick from the food. Worst place ever and I have always loved burger king.

I don't even remember the last time I went to Burger King. Boy did I ever get a surprise! The french fries were awesome, freshly hot, crunchy and the right amount of salt (for me). The burgers? Well they're okay, found them a bit soggy. Maybe toast the buns a little longet? Anyway it didnt matter because I love the fries!

This franchise has changed hands numerous times over the last few years. The facility seems dirty and has a stigma about it, we keep hoping it will be torn down and rebuilt in a new location. Burger King is our favorite fast food and have driven 45min to another town for our fix to avoid our local one. Please, please, please build another one in our town and we will come.
