6 weeks to get an appointment, take the time off work to go.. Sorry we don't do that here....What is the point of a lifelabs that doesnt take samples? The entire province outsources to you, I basically dont have a choice of where to go.Now I get to take some unknown time off work at some unknown time to use the save my spot feature. I hope I can get up early enough to get a spot before its booked solid.

Great staff and service, I only had my lab form on email and was able to send it to them, service was fast I was in and out within 15 minutes for blood work.

At the very last minute in Victoria British Columbia, where I had heard many complaints about LifeLabs, I did a walk in on Cedar Hill. I was in and out in six minutes. the staff was extremely helpful. Don’t give up on LifeLabs, they’re doing the best they can

The staff are very pleasant to deal with. There may be a slight wait to be seen. One of the lab techs does such smooth job of taking a blood sample I barely feel nor does it leave a bruise.

I am so grateful to the ladies at this LifeLabs on Hillside. My son had to go for his first ever blood test. He was super scared. I was worried he would have a bad experience (like I did as a child). Nothing was further from the truth. Christine helped us and she was absolutely fantastic. She is great with kids. She really can do two things at once (probably more but these were the two I cared about) in that she genuinely engaged my son in a distracting conversation at the same time as working quickly with skill and experience. She explained everything first and answered all his questions. He said afterwards it really wasn't that bad. I don't know why I was so worried." I am sure the other ladies are just as nice but we happened to have Christine and she was a total gem. Thank you for the work you do."

The staff were professional, & courteous. I used save my spot which worked smoothly. The lab is efficient in all ways. A great experience they will be my go to lab from here on. Thanks

Have lately had to obtain blood work, and LifeLabs near me/on my way home is always jammed and no convenient for me advance appointment times. I chose the Hillside location for the work as it was somewhat convenient for me and had the earliest appointment. I am so glad I did! The staff are all very friendly and so professional. In and out in a jiffy each time so it appears they take seriously the sticking to a schedule part! Which I sure do appreciate. I will not hesitate to choose this location and return there in the future for any required testing.
