I came into the store less than an hour before my game started wanting my skates sharpened. I told them I was pressed for time, the one employee immediately dropped what he was doing to go sharpen them and the other employee immediately dropped what she was doing to check me out so I could leave as soon as the first guy got done. I got to my game with time to spare, and when I hit the ice I realized they had done a superb job sharpening my skates. This is what I would consider excellent customer service.
