Amazing service, family run business. The owner, Alex, is one of the nicest guys you could ever hope to meet and he knows his stuff. Beats any of the big stores hands down and treats his customers like gold.

Al the owner is very knowledgeable about the proper dog or cat food for your type of pet. They love animals, are honest and will never sell you anything if your dog or cat doesn't really need it.

No regard here. Made both spaces quite unusable. So disappointing and lazy.

Really great experiance. The owner and operator is fantastic. They didn't carry my dog treats but I asked and they brought them in. They also beat or match bigger store's prices so this is a great opportunity to support local business. Friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

I recently visited Big Paws to look for a muzzle for my reactive dog, I was told the owner was very knowledgeable about them and had the best selection in town, so I thought I would give this store a try.After informing the owner of what breed of dog I had and why I felt I needed to muzzle my dog, the owner dismissed my concerns, informed me he could not help me and told me I just needed to keep my dog seperated from other dogs and a muzzle is not a long term solution. I informed him I was working with a trainer and already keep my dog seperated from other dogs but that keeping my dog seperated is not feasible all the time.His customer service was very poor and made an already difficult situation worse by making me feel wrong about wanting to protect my dog and others from his reactivity.I left the store in tears and feeling like an awful person.
