I went into this location today to buy 11 gallons of paint because my painting contractor got over his head and ditched me leaving me to deal with his mess. Angela greeted me, understood and empathized with my situation and did everything she could to help me. She was knowledgeable, professional and kind. She made me feel like a priority. I’d highly recommend this store and commend Angela for her excellent customer service!

I needed paint that matched our kitchen so I could do a touch-up. It was a no longer available Ralph Lauren so I asked S-W if they could match it. While my wife was out, I painted parts of the kitchen. When she returned my wife couldn't find the pieces I had painted. We have a match and they have a new customer! Marvelous job! Thanks.

Excellent location for quality products. It really does make a difference in the quality of the job and the amount of time spent doing it. Their paint is much thicker and coverage is excellent. I never have to pick fuzz out of the fresh wall paint with their quality rollers. Excellent deck and concrete treatments available as well. Customer service is Always great too.KHSC (KGH) discount as well!

So i walked in and got asked if i needed help , i said yes and asked for a few specific products and got told it was “ over there “ then i went “over there “ and it wasnt over there , then i had to walk back over to her after 5 mins of looking and ask her for the same specfic products again and she said she would check , she then walked “over there” and then walked to the back , came out the front and said she was out of stock after being in the store for 10 mins .

Be careful buying paint from this store. Restrictions applicable to purchases aren't necessarily properly explained until after a purchase is made. There are some excellent sales associates at this stores, especially the owner, but newer associates are not completely honest and forthcoming and only want to make a sale. I give my experience only 1 star because I won't be able to use what I was sold until warmer weather next spring. Today's date is October 24th.

Started with this store for all our paint needs. We are a small drywall company and approached them as our local hardware store wasn't able to give us the quality we need for our customers when we paint. We were impressed from the first step into their door. We now use them for all we can and send many of our clients to them. Absolutely fantastic. Thanks to all their staff and managers.
