LeafFilter Gutter Protection

We recently had a Leaf filter sales man come for a quote on our home(I have to stress quote)Said it would take approx 1 hr.The price was honestly more than we had budgeted for,so we said we would really have to discuss it.The salesman already started filling out a work order and installation date.He wanted my signature on the spot to guarantee the price.After insisting on us signing,I told him we would let him know at the end of that work day and to call us back.Showed up at our door after I went to work and tried to pressure my wife to sign.Said if we wanted to we could sign the repair order so he gets paid and cancel tomorrow if we want.Are they that hard up for business they have to pressure people to use their product?

The sales presentation by Melany was very clear, informative and low key. The following day a young man arrived with materials and the work was accomplished in record time. Everything appears to be working as intended. I like the fact that there is a lifetime guarantee which remains valid for a subsequent owner.

I have to edit my review and apologize immensely to Brandon. He was extremely kind when he came here and gave me a very good deal. I misunderstood what was going to be replaced. Instead of calling him and discussing it like I have always done in the past I just wrote a review. I’m truly sorry to Brandon for the misunderstanding and writing a bad review without communicating with him first. They did a great job and exactly what was on my contract and fixed one of the eavestrough’s that wasn’t part of the contract. My eavestrough’s were EXTREMELY hard to remove, but they did an excellent job at it, and the cleanup of all of the tiny pieces that came off from them having to break it to get it off. Brandon was very kind, courteous and understanding, and I was totally mistaken in what was going to be replaced. All of my water issues have been fixed and I am extremely happy with the new eavestrough I have. Especially because I don’t have to worry about them for the next 25 yrs. I would like to apologize again to Brandon and I would most definitely recommend them and Brandon.

The sales rep did not tell me there would be a service fee for future service issues. When I complained they sent someone out to take a look without charging me which was awesome. The gap was too big above my bedroom window which caused rain water hitting my window so loud I couldn't sleep. He moved the sections closer which left a bigger gap down further where there is no window. I just hope I don't get debris in there now.

I signed up for a quote at a local event and got pneumonia the next day and was in hospital for a week and a half, they have called me over 10 times a day and leaving text messages as well! I have reported the issue as spam and won't be calling this company back... obviously this is commission based and that's all they care about, I'll look into a small local shop for my eaves troughs.

They were at a local show and I signed up to receive a quote as I am gathering and collecting for priority renovations. I thought what could go wrong with a quote. Everything. The sales man was over the top and was not to the point. The person arranging the appointment never specified an amount of time and if I would have let him keep going he would have been here all day. He wasn't leaving without me committing to a purchase. I said I am only looking for quotes at this time. He proceeded to call his boss to give us a cheaper price but it didn't matter. He made a statement your going to be those people who make me drive from London and not give me your buisness" and as he walked out he said "well I guess you won't be going with us because your not going to pay that price when he offered you a discount which walks out the door with me". Goodbye - don't let the door hit you on the way out."

We are very disappointed on leaf filter salesperson. We got a quotation for reinforced our gutter.And he mentioned part of this job is to repair the downspout which was bent. When the installerCame and told me it cannot be fix this aluminum downspout and they want extra $$ amount. So this is my frustration is, salesperson not qualified to identify aluminum downspout or is a bad business practice. Installer gave me the correct info just by looking at the downspout. He was really great .Even I spoke to service department (Tiffani) And she is not try understand my concernsinstead she give excuses and hang up the phone while our conversation. Job done less two hours and we paid $1500.00 plus taxes. it’s not worth for the money. This is the reason I a gave one star.

I just had to share my experience and gratitude. I had leaf filter installed in 2021 my experience with amazing I would recommend this company hands down. I had a minor concern and called the company spoke with an amazing lady , I immediately got a callback from Tony, he was patient and listened to my concern and apologized for my minor concern, this is what I call exceptional customer service. Leo the technician came by to resolve my concerns, let me say Leo was pleasant knowledgeable and got my concerns resolved, I was truly impressed and happy.If you are thinking of protecting your gutter, think no more just call LeafFilter and get it done you won’t regret it, customer service is impeccable.Thank you Tony , Leo and the company I really appreciate you guys

Wanted a price to replace the eavestrough on my rental property that's 1.5 hr drive from my house. The salesperson shows up can calls me and tells me that I must be at home for them to give me a quote, I was not under the impression I had to be home. So I asked why he cannot do what one of the other 3 companies I had quote my eavestrough did and simply measure the premises and email me a quote, he said that they don't email quotes and that it's company policy and would not give me a logical reason even when I pressed for one. Instead this salesperson told me that the fact I wanted to be emailed a quote to compare showed that I was not a serious buyer and that I only want to go with the cheapest option for which there would be long-term consequences.In my experience when companies insist that you be present for the sales pitch even when there are not logical reasons to be is a excellent indicator that they want to use that time to pressure you into signing without doing research. Needless to say I did will avoid this company in the future.
