Very poor quality product. I bought a remote keyboard from this store. I've only used it once and it broke. They refuse to exchange this product or make up the price difference for other products.

I do a lot of printing and this store seem to have all my electronic needs and gadgets. The staff always have time to attend to my specific needs. Just the other day, I had an issue with one of my device purchase from them. I brought it in thinking that I was going to have to leave it for days. Instead, this guy Raymond, looked at it and fix it in front of me. No questions ask. Great service.

Always a pleasure to visit this store. In the store you should be able to find and get deals. Even though in my second last visit I didn't purchased anything the store rep was nice, polite, friendly and very helpful in answering my question. This was not my first visit and definitely not my last visit...On my today's visit again I wasn't disappointed, so definitely not a fluke

Extremely bad service. The sellers don't know anything about the phones they sell. I bought a refurbished phone and it had a lot of problems. Very Amateur work. There's no return policy so when we opt in an exchange, they sold us an even worse iphone. Microphones were broken, the shields were non existent, and a lot of scratches. I felt scammed.

I ordered a portable gaming monitor from them. Weeks had passed by. I called them and they said that the monitor was in another warehouse and should be shipped shortly. Weeks passed again. I called them but they never answered or returned my calls. I emailed them as well (it is very difficult to do so because you have to identify letters in a picture that are very hard to decipher) and never got any response.Thankfully, I had payed through PayPal, so I informed them and they issued me a refund. Always use PayPal when you can because you just never know.

Lots of electronics and toys at reasonable prices. Most items are not your typical brand names, so if you're looking for something high quality, you probably won't find it here. Great place for cables, connectors and computer boards and parts, though. Check out their website for their flyers, they always have stuff on sale. The guys there are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Call and ask if they actually have the item you're interested before you go to the store, the inventory in their webpage is not updated and you might get there and they don't have it anymore. Drove 1hr 30min for nothing.
