Worst place ever. Grumpy old man at the counter. Filthy shop and they covered my new Jeep leather seats with oil. I had to wash the whole vehicule on my way back even if they claim your car will be wash. Anyway!I will go to Holly's garage in Killaloe instead for bether result even if I have to take the day off. Hope my comment will help some of you. Hey dude, treat your customer like you would like to be treated. Do not go there at any price.

Done with this place after three strikes. Been here 3 years in a row for undercoating and every year is the same horrible service and quality of work. This year I went to pick it up and did a walk around. My rear axle was dry in many places wasn't even sprayed. My disk brakes all around were soaked tho! They dont even attempt to clean them with brake clean. They just tell you to ride your brakes for a few kilometers...I thought maybe the little self own garage would have good service, work and price!..not a chance.. junk.. last time!Ps. Dont try to talk to them, they are always right.

Had my car in for a Krown oil spray, they applied it much more generously then other Krown places i went, from my quick inspection it looks like more then enough oil was used, it is nice to see this as a lot of places now do the bare minimum. Thanks for the great service

Pretty sad place to look at. They booked me an appointment for Anti-rust treatment, but when I showed up it was closed and nobody aroundEventually left and book an appointment with Ziebart instead.

Used the service a few times Untill they oil saturated my brake pads and the brake repair cost $900.00

Took my husband's truck in for Krown and when I picked up the truck there were 3 large scratches on the driver's side doors. They had washed the truck, but I think they used muddy water because I couldn't see out the windows or use any of the mirrors. When I told them about it, the older man was very ignorant. I would not recommend taking your vehicle there.

I'm never happy. I looked at my car after spraying it with oil and found that there were a lot of areas that the oil did not receive. The service is very bad. I never recommend going to this center

My rear brakes were completely drenched in oil. So much so that my brakes overheated and my pads cracked. So my 140$ oil spray turned into 400$ to get them replaced. Thanks......

I went even though the reviews were bad and got what I deserved. The krown spraying got done, but after booking over a month in advance I got attitude about when my vehicle would be done? I was booked as a ‘spare’ which they don’t tell you on the phone, which means they need your vehicle from 8am to close. The staff won’t make eye contact with you other than to snap a quick remark. The service is terrible! And the place is an unorganized mess. I’ll make the trip to Arnprior next time for my Krown. This place has limited days, their personalities say they’ve already given up.

Brought my brand new 2017 Mazda CX5 (bought in Nov 2017) in to be Krowned in Sept 2018, wasn't told how often to have it applied, just went in to enquire about re applying, only to find out it should have been done in Sept 2019!!!Krown Canada says warranty is now null and void, theses guys said yearly notice was sent, which I never received! Now they will not do anything about it....DO NOT GO HERE!!! Save your money,go elsewhere!
