Poor customer service, conflicting sales! Was told by one associate that I could purchase a new phone on my existing plan, gave clear instructions on what was needed. Came back a day later and owner reneged on terms, claiming new phones need to go to others who were signing up new plans. No acknowledgement/apology that what was told by staff the day before was contradictory. Clearly someone used to operating without competition. Avoid if possible.

Embarrassing service, actually no service, since I couldn't go into the store, since they had to take lunch. I had called an hour earlier, and they said they would be back from lunch by 1:30, at 1:50, they wouldn't let me in the store to get a new phone. Just close the store, retail service is garbage.

I've been going to this store for over 10 yrs & have always received Excellent Advice & Service. Today I needed a replacement screen protector. Evidently my screen had some sticky guck on it. Bobby, the manager, kept trying & trying to clean the screen. I was ready to give up, but not him. After the 4th cleaning cloth, he was finally pleased with the result. Remember, this was for screen protector, Not a Porche.

I waited more than 20 minutes to be served. A man who came in after me was served first because “he had a minor issue”. At the time I was told this, the staff member had no idea what my issue was. No one offered an apology for keeping me waiting so long while they chatted with other customers. When I was finally served, the young woman was prompt and directed me to another store for assistance. But I would not return to this store and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I continue to receive great customer service at this store. I always wait for Brennan or Jason who have both been excellent in helping me understand my options. I always wait to see one of these guys...they understand their products.

Way better than AT&T!! Just came to Whistler from the US. AT&T service/iPhone locked up. No one could make it work u til we stepped into the TELUS Store. They rock, spent 30 minutes to get us going, even tho we aren’t customers. You guys rock!! Thanks.

I was with two different providers, and trying to move both internet and mobile service under Telus for myself, and some others in my family. It was a rather prolonged process, and not a simple one. Albert was fantastic, knowledgeable, and professional from day one, and helped solve every issue or hiccup that came along. He also worked very hard to find and apply every discount or deal he could. I would absolutely recommend the Whistler team for amazing customer service and help!
