Although EVERY staff member has been amazingly knowledgeable and friendly, Mitch and Lisa always go above and beyond for me. When I walk in and see one of them, I can’t help but smile; they just exude happiness and positivity which makes my day every time. This place is DEF a cut above the rest!!!!

LITERALLY. THE. BEST. I moved out of Hamilton recently and will make the trip into town for them, this is the only store I go to for vape products. Mitch hooked me up completely and set me up with a little care package for the new year! He’s always been so insightful when learning each customer’s wants and needs, and is extremely helpful when it comes to product knowledge! The other staff members are just as friendly and knowledgeable on products and it always feels like there’s nothing they can’t do for you! If you’re looking for a shop to be loyal to, definitely check out Vape Club, and I know you’ll leave with a smile on your face every time. :)

Absolutely wonderful customer service. I've been there a couple times, and I knew nothing about vaping. I've been helped by this one guy and Oz. They were both very approachable, and made a nervous situation so chill and laid back. Only place I shop for in regards to vape products, can't recommend enough!

My daughter brought me in the shop to get a new tank for my old model. Tried and tried to find new glass that will work. In the end sold us on a new system. Works so much better then my old setup. Thank you so much for hooking me up to my trip to Italy. I know who to call when I need new supplies. We will be returning. Big thumbs up here.
