Went yesterday for lunch. Got the chuck burger. Food was amazing. Upgraded my side to pouting and had a Pop. My bill was over $30!!! Man maybe next time I'll get a one patty burger and ask for my fries just be a potato so it's not that expensive.

The burger and fish & chips for my kids were very good, size and quality wise. I ordered stake with lobster tail. Stake was good, but the lobster was very salty are cold. They had to bring me another one, but came much below exception. I blame myself, the deal is too good to be true 25$. The half chicken BBQ was a disaster, cold, the skin not fully cooked. The sauce still trying to figure out what is it.

My friends and I came to this place on a Sunday night ~9:30pm. We found the food price and quality very good.However, the service was very disappointing. These were some of the issues we encountered:1. The drinks we ordered, one of the cups was covered with something that looked like melted icecream, maybe soap?? we had to ask for a new one2. One of us ordered a steak and they provided us a butter knife3. We asked for 3 to-go containers they brought us only 24. After we were done and got the containers. The waiter just left and we had to wait 15-20 minutes before we had to call someone for the bill. It wasn't a busy night either. Our section was not even 20% occupied (it was sunday night ~1100ish pm when we were done)Your experience will vary depending on the waiter/waitress

Worst place I've ever eaten. Poor service coming in, we didn't have a server for nearly 15 minutes, no drinks, and no cutlery was given to us with our apps. Our apps were also delayed because they took them to the wrong table and had to remake them. Staff were having a social gathering at the bar and avoiding customer gestures. Had to call a server from a different section to place our order. The ribs were terribly dry, and Arby's makes a better roast beef sandwich than Chucks could ever dream of (that's how bad it was). We were denied refills on our drinks at first because the machine was broken"

So a BBQ half chicken is NOT a BBQ chicken. It's a baked in the oven earlier in the day, reheated bland half chicken, with a fatty skin on it, and then dipped in a bowl of off the shelf ketchup BBQ sauce. Served lukewarm . Paid extra for a baked potato. Nothing else.Gross....Server was outside the fire emergency exit smoking with 2 patrons, the entire time. Couldn't choose another item. Saw her once.For $18 ????First visit, last visit. How do a this place stay open???

Food quality not good. Food was cold or over cooked. I had a glass for my cooler and the glass was very dirty. The waitress was apologetic, and when she came back with a somewhat cleaner glass she was told to tell us it was due to the hard water. That is not the case. Fix the dishwasher, change the water, and always ensure you have clean glasses for your customer.They don't celebrate birthdays, and don't have any options for food allergies. Won't be returning.

We came in about 45 minutes from close on a Saturday. Staff was more interested in cleaning tables and putting up chairs than getting us menus. After about 10 minutes we got menus, then finally got ordered and didn't receive one of our drinks. We had to ask again for it again. I ordered chicken wings. I'm sure they were cooked at some point that day, but they came out to me cold. If geography wasn't a large concern, I would definitely choose an alternate location.

Really poor service. It takes 45 minutes to receive our drinks order. Party of 9 arrives after us and receive their drinks before us. They make their food order before us. Take 1 hour to receive our food. I bring my family to have good time, but instead I had do to make clear how much I was frustrated about the service. I will not come back.

Let’s start by saying one star is for the waitress, the meal itself was BAD, my daughter and I ordered the surf and turf, this was at 4:15 pm, after1/2hr. The meal came, started the mah potato was barely warm, the steak was cooked like requested but was cool the corn and lobster where cool, manager brought it back to kitchen, when we got it back the potato was the only that was hot, you could tell the steak had been put on the grill to warm up, and god only knows what was done with the lobster it was still to cold to eat, the manager stumble did not know what to do, and still charged us for the drinks we had, we are warning everyone, not to expect much. We are very disappointed in our experience, and the lack of damage control the manager showed.M.Metail
