Spacious location for all activities billed: pool, billiards, video machines and golf simulators. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bilingual service. Bartender Stephanie was always polite, friendly and attentive during a busy period. Definitely worth repeat visit.

Great bar. Went to see Introspection - tribute to Pink Floyd. Band was amazing. Friendly patrons. While it was really busy, the service was slow. You had to run after your waitress. Was it under staffed? Well the tables next to us had frequent visits from theirs but not us.

It is located in the Aylmer Galeries near one of it's principal entrance on that side of the mail. From the long bar, to the tables and its many tvs, it has pool tables, lottery video machines and storage.

They were understaffed for a Saturday night, but when I went to the bar for a drink the supervisor didn’t let me wait and as he explained that he is just a supervisor and doesn’t actually have any bartending skills, he prepared my drink himself the way I wanted, well they didn’t have one ingredient but it was okay. Until we left the abiance was chill but my friend noticed that it was going to get crowded. As some waves of people were arriving in the parking.

Great place for friends to get together for cold beers and awesome friendly service. Everything is well maintained from the pool tables, golf simulators, Loto-Quebec machines, darts. Some nights have bands and a dance floor is present with dj's. Love this place.

Staff are fantastic, very friendly and attentive..good atmosphere for a quick pint and a good game of pool. Has game machines as well if you are so inclined. Clean washrooms ( only checked women's!! LoL)..if in Aylmer definitely a place to check out.

Chez Putters is like Cheers, with pool tables. Some may find it a little loud, maybe even boisterous. It's a pool hall with character and friendly characters.I've always had a good time and never had any issues. I only wish my game was better.At $10/hr for a table, skills improvements are not too out if reach.

Charged my friend for drinks I already paid for.we didn't realize it until we got home. Such a shame because the staff is really friendly and gave us pool on the house.
